Promises kept and delivered. I gave Brad every difficult situation and he came through like a pro. A very tight time line, structural repairs, a beautiful roof and chimney repairs and it was completed on time and job well done. The crew was professional and the yard was clean and perfect. I will recommend Brad and Icon to every one I know.

I was at my wits end with roofing companies, but I'm glad I heard Dillon out when he knocked on my door. Dillon was professional, courteous, and friendly from the moment we met. We have been battling our insurance company for over two years trying to get our roof replaced, and have met with a dozen or so roofing companies who all made promises, but never followed through.

Icon went way above and beyond my expectations. When I spoke with the insurance company, after the initial inspection, Dillon was on the phone with us, and handled 90% of the details. He was also with us when the adjuster came out, and made sure to point out/correct items the adjuster either missed, or failed to acknowledge.

When it came time to discuss numbers, Dillon really listened to our concerns, and never came off as a salesman. He brought in Brad who was equally professional and compassionate to our situation. Not once during the entire process did I ever feel pressured to use their services, but we're certainly happy we did.

Their crew arrived on-time, and I was blown away with how efficient they were. Everyone that was on my roof was friendly and always smiling. They finished the job in one day, but what impressed me the most (aside from the beautiful new roof) was that every person on the crew spent 30-45 minutes after the roof was done, picking up nails, and small bits of trash, not only from my yard, but where the wind had blown paper into my neighbors yard.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars here, and will 100% recommend Icon to anyone looking for a new roof or household construction projects.

Dillon Lee with Icon roofing handled all the back and forth between the insurance company. He was also very informative and friendly as could be at helping me to decide the best covering and best gutter system for my house. The team came out and did an outstanding job on tear off and clean up. I've never found a single nail in my yard afterwards. They also redecked the roof and had all this done in just a few hours!! I am very proud of the job they did for me!!! Holly in the office really came through for me when I needed her help as well. What a dream team!!

Steve from Icon Roofing knocked on my door. He noticed I had hail damage on my roof. He explained they have a program to help get it replaced. I mentioned I would possibly be interested. Brad was very easy to work with and honest about pricing. His roofing and gutter guys were professional and did a great job on cleanup.

From the get go it was nothing but professionalism. Scott approached us after the most recent hail storm and offered his services. He came out and did a thorough inspection and allowed me to get up with him so he could show me what was going on. He showed my fiancé and I examples of his work and we were already astonished. Fast forward to day of, his workers showed up early at about 6:50 and started work (although was loud I was happy they started during the cooler parts of the day) they had everything finished up by 9:30 pm and by the next day you could see just what a great job they did. As a side note, the workers being on the roof knocked a cover loose on my chandelier but Scott returned the very next day to rectify the issue, not only that, he ensured no nails were in our driveway and made sure everything was picked up once the job was finished.
Needless to say it was our first roof and I wasn’t sure what to expect but Scott and his crew at Icon roofing deserve the recognition and this 5 star review.

Dillon Lee handled my roof replacement and insurance company for me. I have never met someone so genuine and kind in sales. Him and icon know roofing and insurance better then anyone I have heard of that got a roof from other companies. I have recommended their services on numerous occasions and gotten them new jobs because I want people that are in need of these type of services to have the best in their corner. I personally don’t understand most of the process and Dillon made extra trips and took extra time to help me and my son to make sure we understood everything step by step through the process and did an amazing job on my roof, gutters, and chimney.

They replaced our roof and gutters. Before we hired them, they came out and placed a tarp on the roof at no cost to us. We appreciated this a lot as we did not want leaks inside the house. Also, they came to our house on the weekend so that they could talk with my husband. They communicated with my insurance company and made all of that process painless. Cake, this whole process was cake! It’s always nerve racking when a company has to come in and do repairs to the house but Scott Reichardt and icon roofing did an exceptional job. We had to have our roof replaced, complete with decking. The insurance company (State Farm) was lowballing us on what they would cover/pay for. Icon did a fantastic job working with State Farm and making them cover what we needed. They were quick and used quality materials. They made sure we were totally satisfied with their work before they signed off on it. I would highly recommend them, without question.
