A/C has been broken for about a year now and the Tech came out was super friendly and professional cut us a good deal to come out same day just 30 minutes later to install new package unit and even fixed some ducting issues we had with our other unit for free. 100% reccomend this company to anyone looking for quality a/c or plumbing work

Truly Excellent Company. We were given an honest appraisal with various options for us to consider, Once we had given the go-ahead, the booking of the appointment was relatively quick. The technicians are awesome. They were clean and tidy and kept us informed at all stages. I was very happy with the package and pleased with the outcome.

Phillip is always friendly and helpful. He provides good, honest advice and a trustworthy service. He always explains what is happening so you understand your boiler more. Work is always done efficiently and he is easy to communicate with. Overall excellent service.

Aharon Rodriguez did a great installation. He bumped into unexpected issues in my attic and kept at it with no complaints. I am also a person that asks lots of question and he remained patient with me and answered all my questions. Happy Customer

Zach Dennis did an amazing job as always when he comes to service our unit. He is very polite and knowledgeable.

We needed an estimate on new ductwork in our attic. ICE was able to send out someone to give us that estimate (regrettably, I forgot his name). He offered us a price and financing that made it a better deal than another estimate, so we went with ICE. Caio and his crew came out that day and were able to complete the job in 4 hours, cleanly and to our satisfaction.

I signed up for their maintenance program in the hopes that it would guarantee routine maintenance, but each time I attempted to schedule an appointment, customer support either ignored my calls or abruptly canceled. They are amiable at first, but once they have your money, you won't be able to get proper service.

David was very hardworking, on time, and very well behaved. The company is really lucky to have a guy such as him. I can't rate him high enough for his service. I'm very delighted with the work he did and the outcome of everything. Thank you again, David.

We’ve had ICE Heating Cooling & Plumbing replace both our HVAC unit and water heater, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! From the admin team, who made sure we were informed about the best maintenance bundles, to every technician who came out, the whole experience has been fantastic. Melvin was EXCELLENT! He was thorough educating me about my water heater and the maintenance needed to keep it running efficiently and keep my water clean! I had no idea it could rust on the inside and that the rust can get into my water throughout my home! He helped changed a part on the inside which was completely rusted! I had no idea! John showed up on time and was extremely polite. After figuring out what needed to be done he got right to work replacing my water heater. A couple hours in he said he has to run to Home Depot for some unexpected parts and additional repairs. Naturally I thought, this is going to be more than we discussed. Well, it wasn’t. The price he quoted me was the price I paid. The install is perfect and the water heater is strapped with earthquake straps. Ice heating, air and plumbing and John are A+. I highly recommend them for any repairs or replacements

We have been customers of ICE for about a decade and have always been absolutely floored by how amazing they’ve always treated us. They have never tried to upsell us and have provided multiple options when it comes to repairs. We replaced our entire HVAC system just over a year ago with them and start to finish it was a great process.

Today we noticed that our downstairs unit was not keeping up with the heat, and they were able to schedule Zachary Dennis to come out within a couple of hours. Zack was courteous and thorough, and listened to me while I was explaining the issues I was noticing and from that, immediately went outside and diagnosed our issue. He quickly replaced the faulty part and rechecked our whole system. He was very personable, and we are happy to have him continue to visit our home to service our system. Thank you Zack for being a great ambassador for this wonderful company!

Great Service, no sales pitch, Edward took time to answer all our questions. No one wants to spend big money, but after seeing that my Air Conditioner had died after serving us has well (18 years), he made the process of selecting the right system easy. We opted to replace both units because we felt it would have been a matter of time before the othe air conditioner died. They knew what they were doing and finish the entire installation within the time they stated. I most definitely would use them again.

Luis, Aharon & Diego did my A/C system replacement. They did a really good job. They arrived right on time as per their schedule and finished the whole replacement job on time too. The quality of their work is up there, it’s evident how skilled they are. Still waiting for them to finish repairing my ceiling but coordination and scheduling with their office went smoothly so no complaints about that.

Tyler Dale did an excellent job doing a maintenance check and flush on my home water heater system. Courteous and professional customer service by this outstanding technician is definitely appreciated.

I would definitely recommend giving ICE a call for heating and cooling. We worked with Luis and he was very knowledgeable. I appreciated how Luis described and showed photos of his findings. Alex made a very difficult situation tolerable. It was a huge job, he kept me informed and updated almost every day. The job was done efficiently and well. I can't say enough about my great experience.

Luis did an excellent job diagnosing my AC. Him and his team really made me feel comfortable even though it was really late at night. I thank God for their service towards me and my mom and even their concern for my dog. Jimmie did an excellent job explaining everything also and was very patient and understanding with us during the process.

In response to the owners reply: Further evidence of ICE's dishonesty. I have countless texts with ICE. ICE has been to my house repeatedly. I have spoken to Junior personally. In fact, ICE was out last week to fix a mistake their incompetent tech Zach made that made my thermostats all turn off. I have been in near constant communication with ICE for months. ICE's sleaziness and deception apparently has no bounds.

Of the many, many contractors who've worked at my house, this company may be the absolute worst. ICE confirmed I was under warranty for a brand new HVAC system (less than 1 year old), acknowledged my HVAC system had problems, then would not or could not fix the issues covered by the warranty. I can only conclude incompetency or sleaziness because after ICE couldn't or wouldn't fix it, ICE tried to sell me a brand new system. Junior, the owner of the company, initially told me they'd install the new unit "at no cost to me" (which would have been consistent with the warranty), but then backtracked on his word when I told him I'd take them up on his offer. What honest company acts like that?? Beware of their sleaze.

We scheduled a dry wall guy through ICE a week ago. Earlier this morning I received a text verifying the appointment for today 10 - 12. Next I received a phone call cancelling the appointment. This is horrible customer service. I had to demand for Monday at 10:00 am. But, this appointment will probably be canceled too.

Thank you ICE Heating & Cooling for being so diligent and customer service oriented. Shoutout to Arturo for being super helpful and detailed in our system diagnostics and giving us your experienced opinions. Would definitely use their services again!

I cannot say enough good things about Nate from ICE Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Today, with the temps topping 110° our AC decided to quit. I saw the ICE AC company van at a neighbor’s house. I flagged Nate down and within an hour, he showed up with a professional, friendly demeanor that instantly put us at ease.

Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem quickly, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and gave us tips on how to avoid similar issues in the future. His expertise and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident from the moment he arrived.

In a place like Vegas, where a functioning air conditioner is essential, having someone as reliable and skilled as Nate is invaluable. Luis was very professional, prompt and polite. I am so glad I didn’t move forward with the air conditioning company that my home warranty referred. The air conditioning company that the home warranty referred was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic on the phone which prompted me to seek service elsewhere. I called Ice Heating and cooling and spoke to Alejandro and he was super nice and was able to get me an appointment the same day. There is no need to tolerate rude customer service when you can hire a professional.

We joined the ICE Heating and Cooling membership program when they cleaned our ducts over a year ago. I have received excellent customer service with every interaction! First, it’s very convenient to communicate with them via text!! Each person has been kind, professional, and accommodating.
Also, when I was confused and unsure about services we received, I was delighted to find that they keep very thorough, detailed records of each technician’s visit. It was great to have documentation available to refer back to.
Most importantly, I am extremely impressed by the manner in which they addressed my concerns. Sometimes, mistakes happen or things are missed - we are human. What matters most is how they are handled. As soon as the manager, Brian, became aware that part of the job wasn’t completed to their standard, he took responsibility and wanted to make it right. The technician who came out after that, Zach, was awesome. He was very patient with my questions, did very good work, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home.

Zach came out to do a tune up on my rooftop unit. He was immensely helpful and thorough when checking everything!

We really felt like they truly wanted to get us the best product and service for a fair price. I would definitely go with them for our future HVAC needs

REVIEW UPDATE: I am impressed. It's easy to give a 5 star review the week after you get a shiny new HVAC system. Ours was a big job, new duct work, 3 large package units and 3 splits. It works great! But what works better is the service after the sale. Things happen, and what matters is that ICE was there promptly to take care of it. Checking up with us for annual maintenance, making suggestions, taking care of problems (for us the sensors keep coming up missing). It's been a year+ with ICE and we are thrilled with the hardware, and impressed with the service.

Zachary Dennis installed my new smart room sensor and he did it very quickly. He is an expert on what he does, very professional and even taught me some pointers on my new HVAC system. He is a great guy and showed his patience and cares for his customers. Great job Zach! The office staff of ICE are also very helpful. Once again, this shows the great customer service of ICE Heating and Cooling. They addressed all of my concerns as soon as possible. Great company to deal with!

May 31, 2024: Arturo Agundez came to perform QA/QC or the final inspection with the City Inspector. Very nice guy and very thorough. He even helped with some other questions that I have on the new system. He was very knowledgeable about his job. Another great guy from ICE.

May 14, 2024: Zachary Dennis came to check the performance of the smart temperature sensor and helped me understand the functions and settings at the thermostat. He was a great guy and very knowledgeable/experienced. He did a great job! I was really amazed with the great customer service of this company. They are very committed in what they do. Kudos to the management and staff of ICE Heating and Cooling.

May 11, 2024: Nathaniel Porter came a week later to install a temperature sensor. Very nice guy who did an awesome job to install the sensor and helped check the system. He even gave some helpful tips regarding the usage of the new system. Great job!

May 4, 2024: Diego Zaleta, Diego Alcocer and Edward from ICE Heating & Cooling replaced my existing HVAC equipment and they did a great job. They work tirelessly on that Saturday to remove the exiting units and install the new equipment. They did not stop until the new equipment was installed, tested and running. They are very hardworking, professional, experienced and they know what has to be done from the start to finish. They also helped me setup my the system into my device. These guys are really awesome and the company that they work with are very lucky to have people like them.

Nathan was on time, completed the work quickly and quietly and provided ample feedback with plenty of time to answer questions.

Alexandro was awesome! He was very expedient, cordial, and professional. He answered all of my questions and provided excellent information about my plumbing system. This man deserves a raise ASAP!

Luis did an exceptional job of quickly diagnosing the problem and getting us a/c on a 120 degree day, He returned the following day on his normal day off to replace the control box which was under warranty.

I scheduled a routine cleaning/check up on my HVAC. Jason was my technician and he was great! Very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. An added bonus is that he was very understanding of my less than well behaved pups. I am so happy to have found Ice Heating and cooling because now I have scheduled maintenance and I don’t need to worrry about putting it on my to-do list, as they will just call and schedule it each season.

I love that I now have found a trustworthy and helpful business for my heat/AC and tankless water heater service. I appreciate all the other reviews that talked so highly of this company because that is why I called them and I am very happy that I did.

I called Ice heating and cooling to provide maintenance on my tankless water heater. Sam was the plumber who came out and he was wonderful! He finished up the previous job early so he was able to start my job earlier than scheduled, which was great! Sam was very pleasant to talk to and explained what he was doing.
