2024 was the first time we updated our roof and we were extremely nervous about the process because we didn’t know anything about it. Although we had multiple roof companies give us their sales speech, Ibex truly stood out with their transparency and honesty. Austin was incredibly patient with us and all our questions. During the roof install, he walked us through every single process. The replacement went off without a hitch and we are very happy with the results. We would recommend Austin and Ibex Roofing 100%.

Ibex Roofing recently replaced the roof and gutters on my duplex, and they made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Before the work even began, they fought hard for me with my insurance company when I wasn’t having any luck. Thanks to their persistence and knowledge of the process, they were able to get a full replacement of the roof and gutters approved — something I couldn’t have done without them.

One thing that really stood out was how helpful they were when it came to picking out colors. They gave thoughtful advice on what would look good with the brick and siding, and the end result looks fantastic — even better than I expected. It makes me even more excited to get the rest of the property done to complete the look.

Their communication was excellent throughout. Every time I had a question, they were quick to respond and clearly knew their stuff. They also went out of their way to coordinate directly with my tenants in the other unit — keeping them informed, working around their schedules, and making sure everything went smoothly on their end too. That kind of consideration is rare and really appreciated.

The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of the property. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves — no mess left behind. I can't say enough good things about this company.. Asked them to come out to repair a turbine vent. They discovered about 5 things that were done incorrectly by previous roofer such as not cutting in the ridge vent, patching holes in the wood where old vents were removed and no ice shield applied, On top of that the shingles needed to be replaced. They worked with our insurance company and we received money to replace the roof. They completed the whole job in one day and even did some addition work that they were not required to do, The attention to every little detail by Ibex and the roofing team was unbelievable. They took plenty of pictures showing the work thar was being done. It was the best roofing job we ever had done. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new roof.

Adding to this review . We moved out of state and are selling our house. The inspector had some questions about some of the shingles. Ibex got out to the quickly and resolved any issues the buyers had. Thanks guys. Great job

Joe B is my go-to roofing guy. I have worked close with him since 2020. When it comes to reliability, strong communication, and a high pull-through rate with roofing claims, he's the guy. I highly recommend utilizing Joe and his Ibex team.

We chose not to use them because they aren't located in our immediate area. However they won't quit calling to schedule an estimate, and of course they route their calls through multiple random numbers. Although they have been advised verbally we don't want their services, they continue to call. Very annoying and unprofessional.

The roof looks great! We've been through a lot of rain and now snow over the last year but no leaks as well. Chad was super helpful getting everything lined up and dealing with insurance. The actual work was only about two days to get the old roof stripped and the new one on. Super fast and work well done! Would recommend for any roof replacement!

Ibex Roofing has a great group of staff members. They are a local company that works quickly and efficiently. We found Troy to be very helpful with taking more pictures for our insurance company and answering their questions timely. I do not believe our roof would have been approved for a full replacement without Troy. He treated us like family at every step in this process. The day of our roof install the team completed the process in about 5 hours. We love the color and quality of our new roof.

Recently gotten my roof replaced in August from damage due to this year’s pass storms and their work was amazing and fast. My project contractor Troy was super cool fast working and truly about business. He knows his job well and done a great job on matching my home’s exterior color to shingles perfectly even got me really good discounts on most of the work that was done. Would recommend them to anyone.

Troy and his crew did a fantastic job getting the entire job done in a day. Workmanship was excellent and cleanup was thorough. Troy was there during much of the process and obtained the additional decking material needed when they discovered the need. He was there for the final cleanup at 8:30 PM. He worked with my insurance to make sure we got all the damage covered. I would recommend him for any roofing job.

Ibex was incredible. Where to start? When I was informed about roof damage from a recent storm, I texted Troy after hearing about him through family. He walked me through the entire insurance claims process and made it super simple, he answered all of my questions (and questions I hadn't thought to ask), and he talked me out of more expensive options. The hoops Ibex jumped through to bring me the lowest possible out-of-pocket costs was impressive. It also helps that Ibex maintains good relationships with insurance companies and their agents, so at no point did I feel like I was being low-balled by insurance or upsold by Ibex.

As a first-time homeowner, I expected a roof replacement to be a huge hassle, and instead it was just about the easiest thing I could imagine. The time between first texting Troy to having a new roof was about 3 weeks (it required a touch of good fortune with shipping materials). Troy's flexibility and support cannot be overstated, either: he worked around my schedule and even came to my work so I could examine tile samples on my lunch break. I'm so pleased to have worked with him through this process.

Troy was awesome to work with. Best customer service I’ve experienced possibly ever. He was super reliable and always there when I had questions. I specifically remember a Saturday night when I had questions and I texted him saying it could wait until Monday and he told me I could call him if I wanted right then and there. We proceeded to have a 45-minute conversation about my roofing Saturday night at 9pm. His partner Ben was great as well. Ben came out and met with the adjustor when Troy was unable to and everything went great. Ben worked with the adjuster so I didn’t have to and made sure that me and my family were taken care of. Excellent company and I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to get a new roof!

They are best in my opinion. They are out there working with your insurance adjustor. Trying to fight for you. Like in my case the adjustor shorted me. They will go to work for you. They did the job with outstanding work. If you are working with Troy you are in the best hands possible. He knows his stuff.This guy really cares about you as a customer. Troy kept us informed, set a date for the roof replacement and was here to oversee the job. His crew was professional, fast and cleaned up after themselves. Troy came back to check for nails again a couple days later. IBEX provided us a beautiful roof in a day. It was a lot of little, caring details that took this team to the next level I would definitely recommend them.

Thankful and fortunate to have worked with Troy on our roof replacement claim and installation project. Troy is very knowledgeable, flexible, and very easy to work with. Our claim process took sometime to resolve due to circumstances outside our control but Troy was very supportive in every step of the way providing advice and guidance to get the approval needed. Maybe our experience was a little different compared to others but if we didn't have Troy working with us we probably would not have our roof completed.
