Huge thanks to Isaac for his quick response after my roof sustained some damage after a recent storm. After an initial assessment, he was able to return the next day and complete the repairs before any further water damage could occur.

Issac Beaudoin of IB Exterior Repairs responded quickly to my initial call to set up a time to discuss my work needs. Friendly and knowledgeable. Gave ideas and suggestions after listening to my concerns regarding issues with a metal roof cap installed several years prior by another contractor. Estimate was received that evening. Very reasonable. Once I confirmed “it’s a go”, a work date was set up. Issac stuck to it. Full explanation given to me of labor completed and photographs were supplied for any areas I was unable to see for my self. The work area and yard were picked up with no construction litter left behind at all. Issac was always smiling and pleasant to talk with and deal with. IB Exterior Repairs is an asset to the local area.

I contacted Issac after I received a good referral to him. This was in mid May, 2022, and Issac was able to take care of repairing chimney flashing that another contractor had done several years ago. Issac called when he said he would and was able to quickly take a look at the situation. Issac was able to get to the job several days earlier than we expected. The work was done quickly, and I also had Issac install 42 snow paddles on the roof to prevent snow and ice from crashing down on a porch roof below the main roof. Issac was very professional and he did high quality work within the price he quoted. I am very pleased with his ability to react quickly and get the repairs and improvements done as he said he would.
