Sharma and his team are great. After moving in to a new condo with water heater issues, his team came out quickly and removed the water heater and replaced it with a new gas tankless water heater. Sharma recommended a few different options given my limited space, and was able to quickly schedule the install. About a month later, I ran into an issue with the water heater after a different contractor was working in a different area of the house. Sharma came out, diagnosed the problem instantly, and then came back to ensure that everything was working properly - free of charge. I 100% recommend i4 Improvements.

Sharma was one of the most honest and respectful contractors I ever came across. I reached out to replace my water heater to Tankless. After receiving several quotes, Sharma was the most reasonable in price and most responsive. As I was comparing Navian vs Rinnai, I almost decided to go with Navian due to the amount of contractors that recommended it, however I did my own research and shows that Navian has a long history of a Check Valve issue that fails within the first year. Rinnai didn't have that. You also want to find someone that is trained and considered a Rinnai pro. Sharma is one of them but what set him apart from the rest besides the prices was his character and professionalism

I bid this out to several companies and they were one of the few to not use my misfortune of a leaking water heater to try and upsell me on unnecessary work when they came by to give a quote. Straight forward and honest, and the work was done quickly and professionally.

I found i4 improvements on the Bradford White website in their contractor directory. Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Mr. Sharma called me in a timely manner, came through with the lowest quote (and materially lower than several local, more well known plumbing groups). We had his team do the installation a day later. On top of that, they also replaced a lot of the older plumbing work surrounding the water heater, and replaced the valve / fixtures on an adjacent shower at the same time. The new water heater is blazing hot and shower works great. Terrific job!

When I first spoke with Sharma on the phone, he listened to my needs, made suggestions and explained options, and then he listened again to my responses. He didn't barrel over me and he didn't tell me what I should do, he was polite and respectful and made sure I knew what my options were. He was transparent with everything, from the cost of the equipment to the warranties, to the time it would take to get the work done. And in the end, he went the extra mile to get the equipment sourced at a better price, in a faster time-frame, and he had the work done the very next day (even though we thought it might take a week to get the equipment!).
His team arrived after a slight delay due to the supplier, but we were kept informed and when they arrived they got right to work. The gentlemen were respectful, they kept their work area clean, they knew exactly what they were doing, and they got it done properly and within the time they had given us.
