Flagged Mario down at Home Dept and asked if he could come repair a leak and install a faucet. He said yes and would be there in a few hours, which he was. He did a great job and very reasonable. Thank you for your prompt service.

Mario was incredible to work with through out our bathroom renovation process. He walked us along each step and provided an update on what was being done. Mario and Greg teamed up to do a great job, our 3 year old laminate floor installed by some company that went out of business started to crack and buckle, Greg and Mario came on Wednesday gave us a super good quote and started work on a Monday repaired part the laminate floor and started laying tile and done by Wednesday .We are super happy and HIGHLY recommend them, we will definitely be calling again!

We called I Am Maintenance for repairs after our bathroom had to be replied, Mario helped us get a fast approval with our home insurance to start repairs and remodel to our bathroom within 2weeks we were able to come back home and have a beautiful brand new bathroom! We will definitely be using them again!

I had the sewer pipe brake in front of my house, the city said it was my responsibility cause it was on my property. This company came out and fixed it same day, CHEAP!!!! Less than half of what other big name companies wanted.

Heck, they were in, out, and done before other companies could even send out someone to give me an estimate.

Since then, I’ve hired them for other jobs. And it’s always been the same high quality service. You can’t beat family owned and operated.

I needed some drywall replacement after my A/C unit began leaking inside my ceiling and destroyed about 70% of my restroom.

I reached out to I am maintenance who quoted a fair price, we agreed on a date and time that was convenient for both of us, IAM arrived on the agreed date on time and ready to work.

The crew was very clean and respectful to my me and my neighbors, shortly after the restroom looked brand new and Mr. Martinez gave me tips on how to spot similar problems in the future.

Over all IAM was fair priced, did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to keep me satisfied.

Mario and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a few remodeling projects for him, and he went above and beyond. Mario and his team know how to solve problems by thinking outside the box and listen to what my goals and needs are. We had to take trash out of the house and when we rented the dumpster, it could not fit all the trash in it. Mario took the initiative to take care of the problem by donating a few items and compacting the trash to ensure the dumpster gets used efficiently. This may be a small gesture but goes a long way in saving me money. The work that they did in repairing/remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms was beyond expectations! They are skilled in every aspect. They are honest, ethical, sensible, and mindful to make sure there is satisfaction in whatever job that needs to be done. Keep up the great work!
