Hydro tight came out the same day and covered the roof with tarp.

I ask Hydro tight to fix a leak in our rear roof of the house. They came right out in a couple of days and put on new tarpaper. It rained the next day and the roof leaked the same as it did before. Hydro tight came out that same day and cover the roof with tarp . They then realized that the structure underneath the roof was old and needed to be replaced. They came out the next week and replaced the bad wood underneath the roof for a nominal fee and we have not had a problem since.

We had a great experience with this company. We hired them to do a bit of roof repair and to paint my mother's house. From the beginning, they were super easy to work with and took time to make sure my mother got exactly what she wanted. Every person that came to the house was friendly and courteous and professional. They did a great job! My mom is very pleased and therefore I am very pleased!

Hydrotight did a great job with replacing our roof! They were able to get our insurance to cover the repair of the roof and managed to schedule it for just a few days later. The team of guys came out early and got the roof replaced and everything cleaned up within the day. We are happy with our roof and the great job Hydrotight did, thanks!

We were in the process of selling the house when the buyer's inspector noticed some damage that we were not aware of. Hydro tight responded quickly to my request for a quote and once I accepted it they completed the work in short order. They even took before and after pictures of the work for us to provide to the buyer's agent. Definitely recommend!

Most professional company I've ever dealt with. They were professional, knew their product well, provided a packet of completed paperwork, their workman were timely and did a great job. Highly recommend this company. UPDATE: WITHIN 3 MOS.. SHINGLES WERE FALLING OFF THE AREA OVER MY GARAGE. SINCE INSTALLATION THEY HAVE BEEN OUT HERE 4 TIMES FOR SIMILAR REPAIRS. AS I TYPE THIS ANOTHER SHINGLE IS FALLING OFF AND THEY ARE NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS !!! I also had a leak in another area in my kitchen. That was fixed. I would NOT recommend using this company. Too many problems !!
