Recently I had storm damage to my roof. I was fortunate that Jonathan saw the damage and left me a business card. Long story short, they earned my trust and ultimately my business. Blake and Jonathan worked with my insurance to secure additional coverage on the claim. Joe was on-site during the entire installation of the new roof and kept me informed of issues as they arose. The work was completed timely and looks great afterwards. Jonathan came back and did an extra sweep to pick up any nails or minor debris. All and all a positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

Got Jonathan’s phone number from a family member. Called him on a Tuesday and he came out the next day! He was willing to come out the same day but my schedule wouldn’t allow it. After inspecting the roof, he saw a couple loose shingles and sealed them up without hesitation.

He doesn’t try to sell you anything upfront and is an honest and punctual man. Texted me 30 minutes before he said he would be at the house to let me know he was running 10 minutes late. Came down off the roof, spoke about some possible options to go forward because I have been fighting a leak for 5 years with a different company. Keep in mind, this roof is only 5 years old also. Not once did he try to sell me a new roof, he wants to get this one repaired first (if possible.)

He told me to let him know how it is after the storm we are having this coming up weekend and he will come back out if there are anymore problems.

Hyde Roofing was the third company to inspect my roof after I found a leak. The first two stated it would be impossible to repair the roof and recommended replacement.

When Jonathan from Hyde Roofing came out, I was expecting to get another replacement quote. He spent over an hour inspecting the roof, and when he came down, he showed me pictures and videos of several loose shingles and nail holes he had sealed. He said that while my roof is older, it looks sound overall and should be able to last another year or few before needing replacement. And he offered to come out again to make more spot repairs if needed.

Here's the kicker: Not only did Jonathan not try to sell me a new roof, but he refused any payment for the work he had done. He said, just consider us a resource to help you with your roof, and when the time comes to replace, keep us in mind. I absolutely will! I am so impressed with this ethos of honesty and service. I ran into Joe in Harbor Freight while we was buying a tarp to cover our roof and ask him to come out and give us a qoute on some storm damage little did I know how fast these guys would show up and show out! If Insurance is wanting to be stubborn and not cover what you pay for.. Hyde Roofing is the guys you need. They took on this job and handled everything. Literally all I had to do was make 1 phone call to my insurance company to submit the claim once Hyde got my claim # everything else was handled by them. Thank you all so much ! We now have the best looking roof in my neighborhood !

Joe and Blake are both awesome. They battled my insurance company with me for 6 months to pay for my roof and got it done.They put an excellent roofing system on my house and were extremely fair on price. I have been through a few heavy rain storms now and have not had any issues at all. Joe Hyde, the owner, could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable! We had a gutter issue we called him about and he came the same day and did a roof inspection and cleaned out our gutters in addition to fixing the brackets that were installed wrong (by someone else) the first time. He gave us ideas of what to keep an eye on even though our roof isn’t that old, but our gutters are. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
