I had two duplex's that hy-tech did the flat roof roofing work. One leaked. They fixed it, and a year later it still leaks. In talking with other Robin Miller duplex owners in the Manchester area half have had flat roof leaks. Given that half their roofs leak, and these guys are roofers, I wouldn't have them roof a horse barn.
I have never work for a company that is so professional and they came out and repaired my roof and couldn’t even tell where the repair was I would highly recommend a hy-Tech Roofing
