He took care of even the little things I was stressing about, which made the whole process stress-free for me. It was nice to just sit back and let them do what they do best. Great job—A++++! Wow where do I start as your communication sucks soooo bad as it does not take much to call or text someone with an update and then say a guy will be be there Thursday but never showed up then said he will be there Friday never showed up then saturday late evening I get everyone is busy but to make a 10 second call or text is not much at ALL... and of course I'm gonna text a text in a bit from this chuck that hard to get ahold of to. COMMUNICATION GOES ALONG WAY..........JUST KEPT GETTING A RUN AROUND. JOKE

Rick W. just left our home but left us with integrity, quality, prices, and knowledge of working with Husker Roofing. They replaced our roof in 2016 so we do have some street cred with this company. I have a "honey do" list for Rick. Roof is just the beginning! Rick represents the company extremely well!

I had Husker Roofing put siding on my house and add on new gutters. The price was very reasonable and the house looks great. Rick was very patient and walked us through every step. One of the best parts was that he was in constant communications with us the entire time. In a time when other companies don't even call back or give you an estimate when promised, it was so refreshing to have Rick answer every time we called. I’m really pleased with Husker Roofing. They installed a beautiful new roof on my home last summer. It has been so windy lately and a drain pipe blew off my roof. I called my contact there, Rick and he sent out a couple guys to secure it. They’re just so friendly and helpful and I really appreciate that.

After talking to three other roofing companies, I ended up doing business with Husker Roofing. Rick is a great man to work with. He always kept me updated of a timeline for all of my installations - roof, gutters, and siding. Husker Roofing also worked well with my insurance company and was able to get all my repairs cleared. The team did a great job and there was no mess left behind. I was pleased with Husker Roofing so much I ended getting all new windows as well for a great price!

Rick was very wonderful to work with! He was very accommodating with scheduling the removal of our old gutters and the painting contractor. His crew was on time and, quick and did a great job! Very flexible with working between wind storms, thunderstorms and painting contractor! I highly recommend them!!

Husker Roofing Siding & Gutter did more for me than just roofing. They covered a 12' x 12' x 12' shed in corrugated steel and took on a small project for a campground church. I called three companies for estimates. One never showed up or called back and the other quoted an astronomical estimate for the shed and stated they weren't interested in the church project at all. Rick was prompt in getting me a good estimate and the owner of the company Chuck was out several times making sure I was pleased with the job Hector and his men were doing. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat! They were all so kind and got the job completed quickly and picked up after themselves. They even saved me money on the little church project by using leftover materials from my shed. It's nice to know there are still reputable companies out there that will help people. Thank you so much Rick, Chuck and Hector! I am so pleased with the shed and the church project!!!

Working with Husker Roofing was a great experience. They understood the nuances of working with a religious 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and were very responsive to our needs and concerns. I thought the competitive pricing might indicate lower quality work but they were far from it. High quality work, extraordinary service and comparable pricing were all part of the package. The representative went out of his way to meet up with me to exchange and sign necessary paperwork even under the circumstances of the pandemic. He did not need to over sell additional products but instead provided reasonable logic on how we could preserve our investment. Thank you for working with me. I was disappointed at first with the other contractors I contacted but after our experience with Husker Roofing I am certain that all the others did was get out of the way so that we could work with you guys. Husker Roofing is the best! Don't look anywhere else!! We had a tree fall on our roof and wind damage from a storm. I called a few companies out to compare for insurance purposes. The others asked for my husband or didn't follow-up with calls. Husker Roofing showed me professionalism and responsiveness from day 1. They answered my endless amount of questions, were thorough with answered, and worked with our insurance from start to finish. They ensured every part of our roof and gutters were reviewed with the adjuster and properly paid for. I didn't have to do anything, they made it all so easy!! When picking out gutters and a roof, they provided me with all the options and informed me on the pros and cons of each. They were clear on communication and quick on response time. They checked on us through the process and came by after to ensure everything was completed and that we were satisfied. The yard was cleaned up perfectly after the repairs were made. We had a nail come through our attic/bedroom space and they came and patched it up the same day I called and even painted the ceiling to make sure it all matched for us! As a perfectionist myself, it was great to work with a company with that as a standard. I asked for one final item to be fixed, and they resolved it immediately and stayed true to their word. Our roof and gutters turned out amazing and we are incredibly satisfied with using Husker Roofing from start to finish!

A couple years ago (Fall 2019) our roof was leaking, so I reached out to Husker Roofing to repair it. They “fixed” the problem by patching the hole, however our roof continued to leak and cause increasing internal damage to our ceiling.I paid Husker Roofing to fix the leak, so I expected them to fix the problem. I called to report that it was still leaking after our next storm and Husker Roofing came out and “fixed” the problem again.

Another storm comes through in Spring 2020 and the same spot where our roof was “repaired” is STILL leaking. I called again and Chuck came out to inspect the leak. It turns out that his crew was “repairing” the wrong part of our roof the whole time. Chuck repaired the correct part of our roof, however the internal damage with significant costs was already done. This was beyond frustrating since I had PAID Husker Roofing to fix the leak.

Fast forward to July 2021 when I submitted an online request to have our roof inspected following the summer storms and I never received any type of response. I called and spoke with someone on August 25 who stated they would look at our roof “soon”. Four weeks go by, so I reached out again on September 23 and was told Johnny or Chuck would be out tomorrow. As of October 11, I have heard nothing. I’m frustrated by 1) still having a leaking roof after having PAID this company for services that were incorrectly performed multiple times and 2) trying to give this company a second chance to redeem themselves, but instead being continuously ignored. Do NOT work with Husker Roofing, unless you would like to have to fix the results of a leaking roof by yourself. We’re now approaching winter weather and I feel like I’m scrambling to try and have a different, competent company repair our roof before the cold weather is here.

I left a message during our last storm with 3 roofers; I knew I was going to be taking a chance it was a weekend and heavy damage everywhere. My stress level was at a all time high not knowing if I could depend on anyone to come out during a high volume weekend. Husker Roofing was the only company to call and motivated to help. It was raining in my house literally, due to 90 mph winds. The company called to let me know they would be out to tarp my roof with no worries the day of my call. updating me when they would be coming; even as it started to get late, Husker Roofing showed up; Rick call set an appointment to replace my roof immediately. We communicated the whole time. I of course had a lot of questions since this was my first claim. Husker took away the stress of permit, insurance, and all the extras from the damage this storm caused. I came home to a finished product. Thank you, My roof looks great, and I am a satisfied customer.

Rick and Chuck took great care of me. They replaced a roof, gutters and soffits on my 1914 apartment building. The crew was very nice and cleaned up the work area like new.

Rick and his team worked quickly to resolve our roof, siding, and gutter issues. They communicated what they were doing and when they were doing it ahead of time, which was very much appreciated. I needed new gutters installed on my house. When I called Husker Roofing they came the next day to give me an estimate. After picking Husker Roofing to perform the work they came on the agreed upon day. When they showed up they were very professional and timely. Within a couple hours they had the job done and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the work and love how the new gutters look on my house. I will be using Husker Roofing in the future.

During the spring thaw, we noticed our gutters were not in good shape, so we reached out to several companies to get bids. Husker Roofing was our favorite because they were responsive, very respectful and right on point. The gutters look amazing and are working very well for us. Day of installation was smooth and quick. I called a week ago to request an estimate on having all new gutters put on my house. I have yet to hear back from anybody. The woman I spoke with who took all my information said that somebody would contact me within 24 hours. If this is how they do business I won’t be doing business with them

I worked with Michael. He was nice but was a fast talker and very pushy. He wanted me to send him all the pictures and information instead of sending them to the insurance company directly and requested a check for my deductible right away. He had his guys start to order supplies even before I signed the contract. He texted me at 6:44am waking me up (6am is not business hours). When I asked for an estimate, he sent me a 10 minute email on how I didn’t understand how the process worked yet never gave me an estimate on cost. I didn’t appreciate the pressure to sign the contract nor the request for a check when I couldn’t get an estimate. I would be careful with this company if this is their practice and policy of doing business.

Chuck and his team did a good job replacing the roof for our house. Chuck is a honest, trustful, and responsive man. He keeps his promise and does the work right and on time. Thanks. Chuck!

Worst roof ever. We have had leaks in at least five different places in the house, with water damage all the way to the ceilings. I worry that our roof/ house is being destroyed from all the water, I could just cry. Chuck has come out or had it fixed each time we've had a problem, but sometimes it has leaked even after it was "fixed." I have asked if he would replace it and that got me nowhere. Stay away from this one.

Mike and his crew did a great job on my roof. The price was good, and they completed all the work quickly and cleanly. Will use and recommend them in the future.

Once I decided to use Husker to replace my gutters, the work was booked quickly. The team who came out to do the work did a great job! I would recommend this company to anyone!
