Ed was great to work with. He was able to get me scheduled in quicker than expected, was in and out in one day. The crew cleaned up great after completed and was very careful to make sure all nails were found especially in my dog area.

Ed and his son replaced a roof, repaired rotted soffets and added a custom bulkhead for me. He repaired a lot of exterior wood rot too. He thought of a bulkhead solution and crafted a custom design that looks great! I had a lot of quotes for wood rot, roofing, siding and bulkhead, mostly separate and was able to get him to do them together. He was not deterred by a challenge. The price was competitive for the combination of work. He also did not over run the price excessively when faced with unforeseen Rot.

Owning a 1919 classic home in Nashua, finding Ed Cyr and his talented roofers was a blessing. Quality work on a new roof and new gutters was done on budget and on time. Great transferrable warranty on a roof that will last decades!

Ed did an excellent job at replacing our 2 sets of stairs. He went above and beyond and helped clean up a few odds and ends while he was here as well. He sealed up around the exterior of a few windows so rain wouldn’t get behind the facade and cleaned up some of the brick work. He’s also done roof work for as at our old house and added on an attic door and pull down stairs. He stayed on budget and did it in the timeframe he said he would complete it in.

I'm giving Ed only 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed by this service. Ed and his crew did a fantastic job transforming our home in something spectacular. This was a big job, with a lot of little architectural details and they took care of with excellent workmanship. When we thought things needed to be changed there was no problem, no fuss, they just took care of things. Ed and his crew also did my roof and I extremely happy with it. I hope these pictures do justice to the fine work they did. I have some more more work to be done inside and I'll be calling Ed back again. Thanks guys, great job!

Being new to Nashua and not knowing any local contractors, we were referred to Ed to re-roof a two story broad Cape. We are extremely pleased with the results. Our house needed two 3-tab layers removed, rotten sheeting replaced, flat roof removal and redo, skylights removed and new ones installed.

The chimney also needed renovating. Ed’s crew restored with new bricks, new mortar, a new cap, new lead skirt around the roof line. The new chimney looks fantastic and with all the repairs expertly blending in with the original brick. New flashing, gutters and gutter guards were custom fit to move water off the house and away from the foundation.

All together Ed Cyr’s work exceeded our expectations. Ed we look forward to working with you again on our next project. Thank you !

I chose Ed to replace my home’s gutters after some extensive research. He made communication easy and he showed up exactly when he said he would. The crew were at the job early and eager to get the job started. They all worked very hard and didn't stop until the roof was completed. The price was fair and the roof looks nice. The only thing I had to deduct a star for was there were a lot of nails left behind on the ground. I am looking at hiring Ed Cyr for another large job. Just waiting on the estimate.

We have used Ed Cyr for 3 roofing projects over the last few years. The most recent one was replacing the shingles on a sunroom and adding some overhangs to the sunroom and above the sunroom, to prevent snow buildup/ice dams. This should also eliminate some rotting problems. Ed and his son do quality, professional work, and they are one of the most honest, reliable, and trustworthy contractors we have used. In addition, their prices are very competitive, with no surprises or up-selling.

Ed, family and crew were fabulous.He brought a large crew and finished the entire roof, including replacing 3 skylights, in one day. He was kind enough to leave the equipment he staged inside so that I could paint the skylights which were in a cathedral area. We also had him wrap the fascia, soffits and gable end in aluminum / vinyl. Ed's brother came up with a nice design for trimming out the skylights. Due to an extremely wet summer, Ed needed to delay the work a few weeks and he communicated early and often. Ed and company did quality work and made the job stress free.

Ed Cyr Home Improvements recently resided our detached garage. In addition to replacing the old clapboards with vinyl siding which nicely matches the house, they replaced three old windows and the pass door. We chose Ed's team because he proposed a good plan for the repairs related to the siding, such as replacing rotted boards, sills and studs before siding, customizing a new pass door and its threshold to fit the small space, and more. Throughout the job, communication was prompt and clear. We knew what to expect at each phase. The price was fair, the workers were professional and pleasant, the results were excellent! We'll be contacting Ed again for our next home improvement project.

Ed replaced a section of rotted floor on our porch and added a gutter to keep the rain away in the future. The work was excellent and he worked quickly and efficiently. Ed Cyr replaced our old roof with new 50 yr architectural shingles on the house and shed, replaced our gutters with new seamless, and replaced the old rotted fascia boards.
