Horribly rude service managers. Not upfront about a time line before I payed to have a vehicle towed to them after commenting on that fact was told I could pay to have it towed elsewhere. Told vehicle was fixed drove it for a few miles to have it die on the side of the road within 40 minutes. Atleast he came to confirm that it wouldn't start then told me I could pay to have it towed again to there shop but wouldn't be able to get to it for a couple weeks and that he really didn't want to have it back because these issues take way to much time then left me on the side of the road with my 8 year old. Luckily I was by a friend's house. Also charged money for services they didn't provide do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for car repairs

1-Star is generous! Our family recently moved to the area and never would I ever imagine we would be treated as poorly as we were by Shawn and Dean the Service and Parts Manager at Humboldt Motor Sales....we chose this because it is a GM Certified service center.

We have been having troubles with our Traverse not starting so my husband called the service department & discussed everything with them before we paid to have it towed to Humboldt Motor Sales. I called a few days later & I spoke with Shawn/Service Manager who was immediately rude & abrasive, as if I was bothering with my questions. All I was doing was calling to find an ETA on when he thought we could expect an update & found out that they were not going to look at it for another week or so because apparently the mechanic was going on a week long vacation. Shawn said that we could pay to have it towed somewhere else if we wanted too. We obviously decided to keep it at Humboldt Motor Sales even though they clearly knew about this vacation when we called them. We figured, stuff happens and we would be patient. Today, we were told that we could come & pick it up, and paid $122-ish for them to tighten the battery cable which clearly was not the issue.   We went & picked it up, drove it about a mile to the elementary school to get our kids & while driving away from the school, it died. We called Shawn & he drove down and confirmed, it was dead. His response to the problem was that we could pay to have it towed back to Humboldt Motor Sales & that it was going to be a few weeks before they had time to even look at it again & then his next sentence was "actually, I am not sure we even want to help you because vehicles like yours are just a time suck and take too much time to figure out." They left my husband stranded on the side of the road with my 8-year-old.  I am speechless, the man treated us like we are worthless and not worth his time to help us.  I pray the owner reads this because it is people like Shawn that ruin a company's reputation!

We dropped off the car and it was ready in time. They rotated the tires because it was time. Love the fact that they keep such good records in the cars that are serviced there.

I had a recall on my the GMC Terrain and they took care of everything as quick as possible very easy to work with

Great place. Customer service is great, Nate is awesome to work with. Bought 2 vehicles from him now and absolutely no issues.

Great smaller dealership. I drove 200 miles and picked up a great vehicle at a great price. Nate did a great job with being available and communicating through out the whole sales process. Thanks Humboldt Auto Sales for a great car buying experience!! I would recommend this dealership!
