Hugo Roofing of Laurens, SC is an outstanding roofing contractor. Hugo, Travis and the entire team are exceptional service providers. I found them online as I live in Atlanta and my parents needed a full roof installation in Spartanburg, SC. I reached out and Travis contacted me immediately. We agreed to meet in Spartanburg a few days later. He inspected the main house and shed, we discussed expectations, he told me about the company and team and he promised a prompt estimate that would be fair. There was no pressure or any unusual charges upon my review of the estimate. Throughout the process the engagement was professional, the team was timely working 12 hour days, they cleaned up daily until the project was complete and they welcomed my interruptions as I asked a few questions. In the end, the project was completed on time, on budget, as promised, with a warranty and my parents couldn't stop saying how beautiful the house and shed looked when they finished. On behalf of my family, well done Hugo Roofing! You went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. To anyone reading this, you won't be disappointed in contracting with them on your next roofing repair or new roof.

They did a amazing job on my roof. All the valleys where done properly and strait lines. The price was was spot on. Liked them so much gave them more work. recommended.

If you ever need new shingles call Hugo Roofing. I called Travis on a Saturday he came out that same day and quoted me a fair price. The crew came out the next week and did the roof in two days. They did a excellent and beautiful job!!! When the job was completed they did a wonderful job cleaning the whole yard!!! Great job guys. I will refer you to everyone. From estimate to finished home in 1 week. A.azing people very polite supper nice. Even spotted a builders mistake on a pluming pipe that never lined up was never doing anything. Hugo him self cut a new hole and got the pieces. Now it can work right. They put stuff on my roof that had never been done. It was a Joy using such a great group of men. The yard was spotless when they left. I would give them 10 stars. Removed 2 layers shingles put drip molding it never had it never had felt paper under shingles from builder

We have a VERY peaked roof and can NEVER find anyone to work on it. They come out and leave telling us they will be back and don't come.
Travis, with Hugo Roofing, came out, talked to us about removing 2 old chimneys and repairing the roof where they stood. He said sure, we will send you a quote....... We thought, yay right!
The next day we received a text with a quote. We were shocked. We called to see when he could start, and he said he could be out in 2 days. Once again, we were like, Yay right!
The VERY next day, they showed up and completed the job in a few hours! AND did a great job of cleaning up! We thought it would take days!
We are definitely pleased and would recommend!!

Travis came out to my home to provide the estimate and he was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. He provided me quote right then which is not something the other two companies I had come out did. Above that, the quote beat the other quotes when I did receive them. Travis got me scheduled and the guys came out that week and did a great job on my roof. I will definitely contact Hugo Roofing again if I need anymore roof work done.

Hugo, Travis, and the crew worked quickly and completed in just over 2 hours! We had damage from Hurricane Helene. We reached out, got it scheduled, and completed! They showed up on time. They worked well. Yhe price was workable. They were kind, respectful, AND let the kids talk to them while they worked! Great experience! If we have roofing needs in the future we will call them up!

We run a property management company and have used them on multiple occasions. Both times Travis has been responsive, letting us know when, where, how much, etc they came in on budget. Work has been great and comes with a warranty so can't be beat. I appreciate them very much and will continue using them for all of our roofing needs. Definitely recommend giving them a chance!

Travis is very efficient; he can come to inspect the roof on the same day you call. He also arranges repairs very quickly. The workers are very responsible and take detailed photos after the repairs. I am very satisfied!

I reached out regarding what I thought was a roof leak. They immediately responded and were able to come out the next day to take a look at what the issue was. Upon inspection, they told me the issue was hvac related and told me exactly how I should go about fixing the issue. I appreciated how honest they were about what the problem actually was and the steps I’d need to take moving forward. Hugo and his crew did a fantastic job at a good price, and Travis did an excellent job scheduling the work and keeping me in the loop whenever something came up. This company is reliable, flexible, and even did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves! Would definitely hire again if I have any other roofing issues.

After contacting to check if the job at hand was one they would do, I received a prompt reply - despite it being a weekend. A short exchange later and we agreed on terms. The team was out the next day exactly when they said they would be. The job, while small, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Hugo Roofing went above and beyond to repair our roof. Working on a holiday weekend, Hugo and his team identified and effectively repaired a leak in a tight spot on a very steep roof of our 2-story home. I had an excellent experience with Hugo Roofing in November 2023 to repair damage on my 10 year old roof. We had a large wind storm in December 2022 that ripped up some of my shingles and damaged others. Hugo Roofing came out to repair the damages and replace the missing shingles. The roofers arrived on time, worked very quickly and efficiently, and did great work. In addition to the quality of the work, the cost was also very reasonable.
