Angie could not have more helpful and kind in scheduling our annual maintenance/service for our sump pump, and the young man who did the work — including the replacement of a valve and alarm battery — could not have been more professional, efficient, and friendly. Stellar service for a vital part of our home safety and security!

They always call or email when it's time to do the annual inspection and service. They're good to call ahead too if they are changing the date or time of the service call.

All dry of the Carolina did a professional job from beginning to end encapsulating our crawl space. Jonathan Giddie was my initial contact with the company. His presentation and explanation were very professional .
The project manager Jose was equally professional . I would recommend them both.

All Dry did a yearly service at our church on the two sunk pumps and dehumidifier. Service representative was great and friendly and on time for the appt. Office staff are exceptional and always informative and very polite. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!

We installed our basement system 10 years ago after we had terrible flooding due to clogged foundation drains. All Dry of the Carolinas is a wonderful company! Everyone is professional and friendly. Installing our basement system was the best decision for us. They stand by their products and make sure that everything is working efficiently. It has given us so much peace of mind over these last years.

I had the All-dri system installed seh tveral years ago. I have it serviced every year. I have never had any trouble with moisture since then.

We had a consultation from a tech named Jessie who worked out of Greenville. I can't say enough positive things about this young man. He was very professional and inspired confidence through his explanations and predictions. It was a wonderful experience!

This company has non-existent customer service! I use this business in 2013 for waterproofing my basement which requires annual maintenance. The first 5 years was great, then I was unable to reach someone to schedule my annual maintenance since then. Much to my surprise I received an email this year to schedule. I responded to the email with no response. After 1 week, I called and spoke to the manager and scheduled an appointment and also spoke to Daniel regarding another issue. I emailed him photos of the problem as requested and have not received a response. I had to reschedule my maintenance appointment and left several messages on all their posted phone numbers and emailed, once again NO response!!!
Therefore, I would not recommend this company especially if you have an emergency!!

Quick response, crew that did the work was really fast and cleaned up well, super nice guys, explained what they were doing as they went along.

These guys put in a system for our crawl space (new construction home). The total cost was just over $14,200. After a few months we had a musty odor. Long story short, they didn’t completely seal the space, and we had mold growth (see photos). The general manager Daniel came out, acknowledged there was an issue, and told us he would get back to us with a fix. He never did. Furthermore, I called multiple times and politely left messages with the office staff (who were very nice), but neither Daniel nor other management ever returned my calls. We had to hire another company to fix the system and remediate the mold. I certainly regret using this company. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Poor initial installation and even worse customer service.

We had been wanting to have our crawlspace encapsulated for a while, we just didn't think we could afford it. After Jon came out and gave us our estimate, we were shocked at how affordable it was. His professionalism and knowledge, made us sure that we wanted to use All-Dry of the Carolinas. From the moment work started, Jose and Martine were amazing. They were concerned with keeping my home clean and not causing any damage. They were always polite and very professional. When they started work, they were hard at work, all day. Their work ethic is one, I wish more people had. They did a great job, I can't complain at all on their installation job. They ran into issues with a 70 year old crawlspace, they would have a solution and drive on. I can't recommend this crew enough, they truly represented All-Dry with extreme professionalism and a great knowledge. Jamie and Steve even came out, to bring Jose some supplies, so he could stay on track.
This business works as a team and helps each other. It was a great experience, having them work on my home. Thank you for taking care of me and my home.

These guys do great work. They worked hard, consistent, cleaned up as they went, and were very courteous throughout the whole process. They were Thomas, Jason, John and Timothy. I certainly can give them five stars.

Great service. The original dehumidifier installed four and a half years earlier in the crawlspace failed so I called All Dry for service. They said that that unit had had issues and they replaced it with an ApriAire, restarting the five year warranty. Larry came out and quickly installed the new unit. He explained the control panel and filter cleaning and carted the old one away. Came on time and was quickly done. Will be adding another unit for the house and will use All Dry for that as well

My husband and I called All Dry of the Carolinas(Laurens,SC) and they came out and gave us an estimate of what it would take to waterproof our basement. When we finally decided it was time we called them back on a Friday and they came out Monday morning and began working. Thomas and his crew were very nice and explained everything very clearly once they finished the job and cleaned the basement up. The work looks great AND it’s guaranteed! Thanks Thomas and everyone else for the great work! Now we can finish the basement!

I have maintenance done with Larry the service man and he did an outstanding job. He explained everything to me as he worked on servicing our sump pump and dehumidifier. He cleaned everything and made sure it was in working order. Five stars for Larry!!!

I want to add that on August 3, 2022, All Dry came to replace my sump pump battery. It had lasted beyond the normal life of the battery. Larry was my service person. He was outstanding. He was very respectful of my home. He was very professional and had excellent knowledge of the system. I would welcome him back for future service! I love my All Dry System. We have had many storms with lots of heavy rain this summer. I have had not even a drip of water in my basement. Thank you All Dry!

I had All-Dry water proof my basement in 2016. I could not be more pleased with the system! I always have my annual service check done and Ed Ruiz had done this for each year.

Ed does excellent work. He is always professional and courteous and sensitive to my needs. Ed is extremely knowledgeable about the entire system due to his service experience with All-Dry. I hope the company realizes what an asset Ed is.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate. 1 week later they sent some pretty boy out to my home that looked like he has never set foot in a crawlspace. He was not prepared for inspecting my home, I had to run around my home searching for tools for him to use as he did not have any. Before he left, he checked to make sure he had my right email address. Then SILENCE. I have reached back out to the company three times with no response. I have not received an estimate or any reason why no one can follow up with me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cody, Ethan and Daniel did a great job following up for me today on a previous encapsulation installation. They made a small change to the configuration of the liner in a difficult work space surrounding my gas furnace, making it more easy to access and also addressed a vibration issue in the sump pump where some grit had gotten sucked into the pump.
Everything seems to be fine now and I am confident that All-Dry will continue to address any future concerns that might arise.

I had a major water problem in my crawl space because of a faulty pump. It was a desperate call on a Friday afternoon. Andrew and Blake showed up and fixed my issue. As a homeowner, I personally want to thank Eddie and Dylan for their professionalism and patience during the service of my pump system. I have an issue with Vertigo and unfortunately I had an episode while they were here. They were kind enough to watch over me til I felt better and offered to call an ambulance. I respectfully declined, but as they were servicing my water system they also kept an eye on me. So thank you to Eddie and Dylan.

The team that did our work— Thomas, Timothy, Nelson, Zach and Blake- could not have been nicer or harder working. They would stop what they were doing to answer any of my questions and did a great job of explaining the system when they were done. I would highly recommend this team

I recently had my foundation repaired by All-Dry of the Carolinas. I feel better about the stability and condition of my basement than I ever have. I first met with Jonathan after meeting with 3 other companies. His approach and professionalism as he explained the repairs along with a detailed proposal won me. In addition to that I knew when I talked to Jamie my messages and information would be in good hands. When the repairs started I was very comfortable in the skills and abilities of Jose, Diego and Martin. They were prompt, respectful and very cooperative. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. Jose always kept me informed and would explain the steps as things progressed. Diego and Martin were awesome and they left my basement fixed, clean and the repairs look great and professional. One thing that really impressed me was when I had a question Jose took responsibility and contacted Jamie & Jonathan and I could tell they worked as a team, and found the answer together. They are a real team, impressive!

Ed came out to my property to look at a system that was installed by All Dry several years ago, but had not been serviced properly by previous owners. He took great care to explain what needed to be done and provided the service required. I was so pleased with his professionalism and work. Will definitely have them return in one year for next service date!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My mother had this company come in an do work back in 2003..$4535. Though it was done right but come to find out in Dec. 2020 that they didn't do the whole job and what they did do, was totally wrong. Sad to say, but they took advantage of the elderly. I'm checking with a lawyer to see what can be done, if anything. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! An those that have, better make sure it was done right are the next flood will tell all.

I had a great exprience with All Dry! They helped us by installing 22' of WaterGuard and a sump pump system in the basement of an investment property we are rehabbing. They provided competitive pricing, and the perfect solution for the water issue at this particular property.

Despite the challenges of scheduling work in the middle of a global pandemic they were able to get our project done on time and we are very grateful for that.

The crew who did the install was very professional. They hung plastic in the areas I asked them too in order to limit the dust created during the project. They spent extra time getting the finished concrete nice and smooth to make it easier for our flooring guy when he installs LVP. Thomas (the crew leader) did a great job communicating and I am very grateful for all the hard work he and his team put into our project.

I will certainly call them again for future projects.

I needed a few small repairs on the liner that All-Dry installed a few years ago. Larry came by today and did a most thorough job of repairing the issues as well as a walk-through to see that all else was in good order.

We had Larry come out to service our dehumidifier and he did a great job! He told me about an electric issue we might have by having the sump pump and dehumidifier on the same circuit, and fixed our equipment that was under warranty. Like this company.

I can't speak of their work. We never got that far along in the process.

I booked an appointment for an estimate for my mother a month in advance. The company emailed me 2 days prior to remind me of the appointment. The day of the appointment, they never showed-up, never called, NOTHING! I emailed the President of the company, NO RESPONSE!

What level of service can you expect in their work if they don't show, don't call and don't respond in the process of getting an estimate? I wouldn't use them if they were the only waterproofing company on the planet.

I'll keep looking until I find someone who extends a level of professionalism that is worthy of my business.

It took a little longer (almost a week) to get a response to my initial inquiry, but once we connected I have been very pleased. The inspection, estimate went well and took only a day or so. Due to a large number of jobs (similar to mine for similar reasons), it took about 7-8 weeks to complete the repairs. They have a structural engineer review plans, and due to the need to reinforce with steel (chimney edge), the engineer said 2 piers was sufficient (originally quoted for 4), so that was a nice cost reduction! The crew that performed the work was excellent - they arrived about the time I expected, and began work immediately. They worked continuously and very hard (it was already getting hot). When they were done, they sealed the open cracks with foam and silicone. They cleaned the area (some dirt disturbances as expected) very well. Overall, impressed and would recommend.

The work All-dry did on our crawlspace was excellent. Everyone who has had to work in that space for any other reason has commented on how nicely it was done. The annual service inspection performed by Ed was also very service oriented and professional.

All-Dry did a great job ensuring we had a quality system in our basement and crawlspace. We did run into a couple of issues and I was very impressed that they responded very quickly and diligently to make sure our basement system was a five star basement solution. It was very important to them that we were happy with our purchase. It works and looks great!

The representative, David, who came out to assess my water problems was very knowledgeable and frank about my issues! I appreciated his opinion!

The Super Sump system that All-Dry installed in our downstairs was the best thing we ever did. No more water issue no matter how much it rains. The installation crew did a fantastic job. I was not only amazed at how quickly these guys got this job done but also how they made sure to clean up when they were through. We love our Super Sump system.Thanks All-Dry for a job well done.

The crew finished the work on our home and we can already tell a difference. The crew was increadable. They showed up early, worked until the evening and took their time to do the job right. I crawled under the house after day 4 of the job and was amazed at the difference of how underneath our house looked. The crew took their time with every piece of the job. They also pointed our a few things that needs my attention that I have never noticed before. PS, it is so clean and bright under my house, I wont dread going thru the crawspace in the future like I have in the past.

When we contacted All-Dry of the Carolinas, our builder had left us with a terrible water problem in the crawlspace of our home. The staff was wonderful. They inspected and even gave us a book that explained about what was happening in our crawlspace and how they could fix it. When the crew arrived to do the work, they were on time and very courteous. They took a lunch break but worked hard and steady each day. I was amazed at what they accomplished and how they expertly transformed a moldy, mildewed muddy mess into a clean and dry space. Now we can store ANYTHING we want under our house. I would definitely recommend them.

We had an appointment with All Dry of the Carolinas today. Before we asked for a Free estimate we told the company phone person exactly what we wanted. When the guy came out he never offered to inspect anything. He just kept telling us his EXPERT opinion and told us that the company does not do any under house work that we were requesting except total encapsulation. I told him his web site and fancy booklet that they mailed out said they did foundation work. We handed him his booklet as he left. He had no intention of going under the house to look. I bet he has never been in a crawl space. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Summary: Poor customer service from one individual in office; no response from owner after repeated attempts to reach him after running into multiple issues during our project; GREAT installation team; this group is NOT an engineering group so don't expect an engineered solution; they are very busy so DON'T expect quick results or to be anything more than a number to them.

First let me point out that one of the reviewers below just so happens to have the exact same name as one of their employees. Check their webpage. So...are they using employees to help bump their ratings?

My story:
I signed a contract on Feb 7th to install (4) floor jacks and a total encapsulation of my crawl space. I was in fear after hearing that, not only was my crawl space wet...but it was actually SINKING!.....I thought the gentleman that came out was an engineer and the jacks I was being quoted to "fix" my sinking issue was an engineered solution (i.e. a calculated and pretty 'exact' fix that would solve my problems). As I found out over the next several months; it wasn't. The gentleman that quoted my job assured me that we could have the work started by March 3rd. He confirmed that date with me on Feb 13th via text. On Feb 21st I texted him because nobody from All-dry had contacted me yet. He gave me the inside customer service number. I called that same day only to find out that we were never scheduled. After being passed back and forth between the estimator that I signed the contract with, and the inside sales person (I'm trying to avoid names here); I FINALLY got a call back from the operations manager who PROMISED he would 'get to the bottom of things' and call me right back. I called the next day, after not hearing from him only to find out he's now out of town on vacation.
So....I speak with the inside sales lady again who says we can do our job on March 5th.
March 5th - jacks did not show up as scheduled.....job is pushed out
march 9th - jacks are installed....but installer says (within just minutes of being at the job site) - that we will definitely need more jacks. At this point I'm asking myself why the first estimator, with his fancy software program that was "calculating" what support was needed for our house couldn't see what this installer could in just minutes. When I call All Dry's office they say that the installer is the best....and if he says we need it - we need it. So....I order 4 more jacks. I am told that same day (March 9th) by the inside sales lady that she will call me to schedule the next install date.
March 12th - no call from inside customer service. I call her but she can't give me an update
March 15th - still no call from All Dry. I call them...and am told that I just have to wait and be patient. This is also the (first) day I call the owner. I NEVER DO GET A RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER
March 20th - Ops manager calls me and asks how things are going. I'm pretty furious by this point at the complete lack of response and/or concern - particularly with that inside customer service lady. He does a pretty good job of listening to my complaints.
APRIL 4th - All Dry comes out to install the second set of jacks and encapsulation
Early November - I have the crew lower our jacks. Walls and floors are splitting. During that visit the installer informs me that the perimeter drain (that I was assured would eliminate the water from causing further sinking in one corner of my house) "probably" wasn't enough and that I probably will need to do ~ 10K in work to support my house properly.

My advice to any people looking to use All Dry for home support or moisture control. Pay the ~500-700 bucks to have an engineer take core samples around your house, and give you an ENGINEERED SOLUTION. All Dry will do their best....but there's a chance you'll end up just like me with the company coming back time and time again advising you do more (and spend more money) to get things "right". If they had known what they were doing - they would have suggested all those "fixes" to begin with!!

I've been calling this company for 2 weeks. They came out and gave me an estimate on Nov 9th. No one has called me since that day. I've called their office 3 times and NO ONE has called me back yet. They keep stating that someone will call me back to get me on the schedule and it has not happened. I waited 3 weeks for someone to come out to take a look at my home. Now I can't get anyone to schedule me to do the actual job. Even the guy who came out to my home has not responded back to my text messages. This has been a horrible experience. I first contacted this company on October 18th. Today is Nov. 25. This really sucks.

Jonathan Geddie came out to review our water drainage issues, and provided a very thorough and professional analysis, together with estimates for internal remediation solutions in our crawlspace. He was very patient, informative and sincere. Ultimately, at this time, we have decided to pursue an external drainage solution but I came away very impressed by Jonathan, and would not hesitate to go back to All-Dry if an internal solution, e.g., encapsulation becomes necessary.

The technician was the rudest guy I have encountered in a log time. I asked my son to show him around while I finished up a call, he was rude to my kids and dismissive of me. He had absolutely no customer service whatsoever and didn't seem to care that I was frustrated with his rudeness to my kids. Told him I would find another company.

I had their crawl space system installed back in September 2016 and so with the heavy rains the past few months everything is working great and as told. Our crawl space used to take on heavy water on and be damp but now bone dry.

I picked All-Dry of the Carolinas because of the way I was made to feel by everyone in this company from the person handling the first inquiry response through the follow-up service technician.I was afraid that I would fall into a scam and I am so glad that I picked All-dry to provide a solution to my problem. These folks handle a quality system that is priced fairly , for sure, but their people are there most valuable asset.I kinda felt like I was part of the All-Dry family. All of my questions were answered promptly. when I checked out the materials and systems to be used, I was impressed with that they had cut no corners. The installation crew was impressive. This is mean work crawling around under a house for 3 days. These guys showed up on time, never left the site, were friendly and courteous and it was apparent very quickly that their work was first class. The work at the most remote corner with only 12 inches of clearance was as well done as the more accessible areas.They did much more than lay down plastic and plop down a dehumidifier - they had to lay a foundation , install a concrete sill wall and install a wall to isolate the crawl space from the porch areas. All of this work was first class.The dehumidifier unit is best in class and is silent. I cannot hear any noise in my living room directly above the operating unit.They guys even recommended Rh monitoring instruments that I can use to feel good that the system delivers the expected results. In fact the warranty and guarantee is written around hard specifications on deliverables.When there is so much mediocrity around, I wanted to go the extra mile to reward this company with positive comments - ones they correctly deserve!

Sales person misrepresented what would be done.
Convinced us to buy a sump we probably didn't really need & said that the wall would be cleaned and the smell would be gone. When the crew arrived I was informed they did no cleaning of any kind.
They were going to fix the actual source of the problem, but then bailed out of that, too... and that's what I really called to have done. All I can say is, make sure you know what you are getting and get it all in writing. I'm glad they didn't do the outside because we came up with a better, less expensive alternative.

The sump system is great and looks very good. It just isn't what we called for to be fixed and it was a lot of money.
