Staff is super professional. Lumber is always straight. Prices are box store competitive in a local lumber yard. Also carry high end off grid products. I cant say enough about the professionals in this store

They have a very good plumbing section. Also have a neat selection of other products that the other box stores. Finally the staff is more helpful .

HPM is by far the most helpful of any hardware or home remodeling store. Always someone knowledgeable to help figure out what I need.

I love HPM! Would rate 5 stars if I could get a hold of the pro team by phone, left messages, nobody returns my calls, have to drive an hour just to talk to someone who can help me. Week and a half of a half built house, clients aren't happy.

I really want to like this place as it’s a local hardware store, but I think I’m done shopping here.

I went in today to buy 3 pairs of 4x4 base mounts, and left with $250 bill. I knew that I was overcharged so I went to Home Depot and got the exact same mounts for $17.50 PER PAIR.

I have no idea why they markup so much but after this and my last batch of low quality lumber I while never shop here again.

Everyone I saw at HPM was super nice and helpful. Way more assistance available than I've ever gotten at either of the two national level home improvement stores. I went down to get some lumber for a deck project and found a great selection and high quality timber.

Built our house with their help. The team was efficient, friendly and very helpful. This company doesn't just help build homes - they help build the community too, with their local charitable support.

Chris is the lumber yard was GREAT!! He took his time answering our questions AND even went out of his way to fund a product in another area of the store!! Mahalo Chris for your expertise!!

After waiting for the cashier to finish some kind of personal business, it was finally my turn to pay. Turns out that the item I wanted to buy wasn't in their system. This turned into a 20 minute wait while utter confusion reigned. Marlo, some kind of manager was called in. She was just as confused and helpless, but supplemented that with rudeness as well.

At least the prices were extra high to make up for this TERRIBLE service ;-)

Love this store! Best selection of materials you can't find at Lowe's or Home Sleepo. Clean and organized environment. Staff is always helpful and considerate. Recommended. Support local!

Better than the other place, you'll see. Stop in and get the deals you thought you got at that other hardware store.

Best service around! They try very hard to earn your business. They also provide coffee in the morning and have a commercial ice machine to ice up your cooler for the job site. No charge. Many times I ask to have a short notice delivery not the same day and they were able to accommodate my request. Try that at Lowes or Home Depot!
