We've known Greg for 20 years and he is a super, and most importantly - honest guy. He redid a roof for us for a fantastic price 10 years ago and I'm getting ready to do a remodel and he will be getting that project as soon as he has time. Good builders are in demand, so you might expect to have to wait for the respected, honest ones.

Had them come out to do an estimate for the work we needed to have done on our home. He seemed interested in doing the work for us and we were told he would work up the estimate and email it to us. Well after 2 weeks went by with no contact. I sent him a text....heard nothing. Then sent him an email....heard nothing. He never sent us anything, nor responded. Very unprofessional in our opinion. If you don’t want to do the work after you have come out to take a look, that’s fine. We are adults and can handle it. Don’t waste our time! Be honest and fair! But don’t tell someone you will get them an estimate and then avoid them. That’s lying!!!!

We've used HP Home Improvements three times in the past six months, most recently to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Each project has been completed timely and Greg and his crew were easy and professional to work with. Greg stated many times that their quality is their reputation and he absolutely stands behind that. They really outdid themselves with our master bath and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Greg was so flexible to work with. We made some changes to the original design and those were fast and painless. He offered great suggestions and his expertise was definitely appreciated. He was sensitive to our budget and offered creative, cost-effective solutions to maximize our money spent and the impact.

The tradesmen he sent were skilled, professional, and always showed up on time. They worked really hard and were pleasant to have around. They also took care of the other areas in my house, which was definitely appreciated since we had just put in new flooring.

We are beyond thrilled with how the bathroom turned out! It's honestly hard to believe it's even the same space! The bathroom is just gorgeous and we've received so many compliments on it. I look forward to using them on my next project!
