Cody installed a new shower surround and glass door in our master bathroom. He did an excellent job not only with the install itself but was quite helpful with assisting us in making the best decisions for which door to choose. Highly recommend Cody!

We, Monte and Erin Shriner, hired Cody to demo and rebuild our bathroom. Cody worked with us in all phases of our project and was very patient with us through the process.
Cody built our new bathroom which included a walk in tile shower on time and on budget. To say the least we were pleased.
Work Cody performed was a total demo of old bathroom finishes and walls. Reframe new layout and install new electric wiring, devices and lighting, new plumbing fixtures with all new finishes, drywall and ceramic tile, doors, hardware. Cody was very patient with us through the process and finished project on time and on budget.
We were very pleased.

We recently had Cody frame and finish two walls in our basement. Our existing walls had been removed a few years ago when the basement was waterproofed and he did a great job working around what was left over. Cody worked around our schedule and completed the project in two weeks despite us not being available for a couple of days. The finished walls look great and the smaller projects (small ceiling fix, door for the water meter) are perfect. We will definitely be using him again if/when we have other projects that we need handled. Very honest and good pricing and great communication.

GUYYYYYYS!!!! I cannot begin to express how amazing our WHOLE NEW BATHROOM looks!! If you are looking for someone who pays attention to the small details, shows up on time, and listens to all your concerns then Frankie and Cody are the team for you! In our bathroom alone he added electrical including new outlets and lights, a whole new bathtub, toilet and sink/vanity, and brand-new tiles to the floor and that is just a few of the bigger things. We are already talking about hiring him for future services! If you need any and I mean ANY handyman services he has got you!!

Cody did an excellent job installing a second-floor bathroom window for us. It wasn't a big job, but it was important to us and our bathroom remodel. He is meticulous in his work and has a real attention for detail. Very kind, thoughtful, and easy to work with. We will be calling again!

Cody with Howy's Handyman and Home Renovations did an amazing job installing a new front door and storm door on my new home! He brought all of his own tools and equipment, cleaned up the area afterwards, and was very meticulous with his work. It took him no time at all to finish installing both doors, it was obvious he's done this before! The best part, his VERY quick response and open availability. I called on a Friday to discuss the details and Sunday morning he was there ready to start! I can't get over the difference, it looks wonderful!

Cody is amazing at what he does! He’s helped with several projects on my home as we had to gut it and refinish it entirely.
He did my bathtub install, shower plumbing, and all the tile work done in my shower! He also helped put up drywall, drywall mudding and LVP flooring. He is such a sweetheart as well, I would recommend him to anybody needing home renovations done!

I had a list of to do’s but short on time to do them. Cody has done previous work for me so I used him again. He completed the work in a timely manner and did excellent work at a great price. I strongly recommend him for your home improvement or to do lists

My wife and I wanted a ceiling fan in our living room and Cody was able to hook us up with one. He had to get in our attic, find the right spot to run the wire, and then hook everything up. He made sure everything was symmetrical with the fan placement and it turned out great. Can’t recommend Cody enough!

Cody did a fantastic job recaulking the kitchen and the garden tube in the bathroom. He is friendly and trustworthy. We are planning several other jobs for him to complete over this coming year . Last year he installed a new floor in our upstairs bathroom. We love it!
Cody even re-caulked around the upstairs sink while he was there because it had a few cracks in it.
He is definitely detailed oriented!
