Rene Acosta did a great job getting our roof replaced! He was communicating with us through the process. The only reason why I don’t give the 5 starts is because I had a really bad experience with two of his managers. They both came to my house and had a nasty attitude but other than that Renee you did a great job!

My elderly father needed his roofing done and I cannot even begin to explain the excellent service he received with this company. Rene Acosta from the company was thorough and diligent in explaining the process and was extremely patient in communicating with my father who had a language barrier. The work performed was not only outstanding but the customer service was incredible. Jennifer was awesome from the very beginning. She not only got our roof tarped to protect from further damage but assisted in every step. She helped us deal with our insurance company and applying with FEMA for assistance. She was there the day the appraiser came out to ensure everything was documented properly. I couldn’t be happier with the personalized customer service I received. The crew that showed up the day of build was incredible from start to finish. In one day they took my damaged roof to a spectacular finished product. My neighbors even commented on how quick, professional and the attention to detail of the crew. We could not be happier and highly recommend Jennifer and the A&S team. The pictures of before and after speak for themselves.

My interaction with Rene Acosta is a very positive one, great vibes, excellent customer service, and he showed genuine concern for my roofing dilemma, which ultimately started leaking into one of my bedrooms, he also offered to help with that ceiling in the bedroom as well, when I requested if he could refer someone. I consider that excellent customer service, because some places fix things but won’t go the extra step to make sure all elements are complete. Rene was referred to me by my son in law after the winter hail damage storms, whom he is adamant about giving his referral fee, that shows great character as well. I am so happy he’s a part of the team that served me because I did not know how to handle the claims process for my roof repairs but his company handled everything and Rene was there every step of the way and made sure everything was handled professionally until the end, even after being denied by my insurance carrier, they fought it and the denial was overturned. Thanks to A&S roofing what went from suggested partial roof repair from Insurance review to total roof replacement along with the insurance company paying for the Weather Damaged roof totally. I now have a wonderful new roof with no headaches on my end!! It was a long process but with their help it was less tedious. I must say the roof looks Awesome at that!!!! Thank you Rene and A&S Roofing for your Kind and courteous customer service, you have received a customer for life!!!

Do not allow this company to go on top of your roof. They have you sign a bogus contract that they submit to your insurance company and if you don’t use them, they try to charge you 25% fee. They gave me no contract. I signed nothing with them and their attitude is just nasty. They make empty threats. Do not use them. You will regret it. Report them to the BBB plus your insurance company.
I came home one day from work and they were getting ready to climb on top of my roof without my permission. Then they decided they would use a drone without my permission.

Our roof was over due for replacement and after getting the run around from our insurance company, we were at wits end. Thanks to Jennifer from A and S roofing for coming to our rescue. She got the ball rolling and knew our needs. With superior and professional service the results are a total complete roof replacement that is second to none. Highly recommend A & S.

Jennifer and Alan were FANTASTIC to work with for my new roof install and a roof inspection for selling my home. Not only did they try to get me insurance company to pay for the new roof, they came out quickly to install the new roof so I could list my home to sell. They also responded immediately when I had a fast turnaround deadline to hit for a roof inspection during my due diligence period and also supported getting another inspection done on top of the first one. I never had an issue getting ahold of them and they always conducted themselves professionally and with a great sense of urgency. A&S is a class act organization! From beginning to end Alondra walked me through the steps to get needed to replace my roof and took care of all communication with my insurance company! Her attention to detail and communication with me on where we were in the process made me feel at ease and taken care of! This company scam you into signing with them by stating they need you to sign a form to let them go on roof after that your screwed and have to use them or get a 25% cancellation fee that they don't tell you I'll be taking them to court on this uf anyone else had this same experience like thus review enough with saying you do free estimates then send a bill later for thousands see you in court yall know what you doing is wrong all good we just go to court

A&S Construction, LLC recently installed a new roof at my home. From my initial contact with the agent, Gerardo, everything was professional and friendly.Gerardo worked hard with my insurance company to maximize my benefits and now I have nice and brand new roof. This agent and company knows how to document and secure all the benefits in the policy coverage. I am very impressed and happy to have used this company. I highly recommend them for your roof needs.

Great service and delivered on time. Alondra made the experience very easy. She kept me up to date until the process was completed. She went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

My roof was in bad shape, so I contacted two roofing companies. A&S gave the best, most informative presentation. I was given details of their procedure for replacing the roof. Once I decided on letting A&S replace my roof, they were able to start the replacing the roof a few days later. The workers were very skilled and knowledgeble and did an excelent cleanup at the end. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My experience with A&S was top tier! I had a really terrible experience with another company and was very skeptical to use A&S, but Kay reassured me that everything would be ok and they would work on my behalf with insurance to get things taken care of. They did just that! It was easy and they were able to get my roof replaced within a few weeks. They stated their work early and completed it same day. I love my new roof! I’ve had no issues since it’s been replaced.

I want to thank Cat and her team for an outstanding job on my roof replacement. Cat spearheaded the entire process from communication with my insurance company, the roof inspection and report to final shingles installment. She kept me abreast along the process on status and estimated milestone for work to began. What I admired about her is, her professionalism, and patients, even in times when I was impatient with the process lol!

Her product knowledge and keen eye on best option on shingle colors that will compliment the home is impeccable! She displayed teamwork as well, I saw her constantly assisting her teammates in containing and collecting up shingle debris to ensure as little disruption as possible on my property and my neighbors property-leading to a timely and efficient completion.

Cat personally followed-up with me after the installation and hand delivered my shingles warranty.

I have referred her and her team to my neighbors because of her sound expertise, calm demeanor, and professionalism. So, when she leave a card or ring your doorbell, answer the door LOL!! Great Job Cat!

On 8/5/23 A&S roofing approached me in my yard while I was working outside. They offered a free quote and roof inspection. I accepted and the woman, Kay, told me I had to sign a form to allow them to get on my roof. I signed the form, they inspected my roof, reached out to my insurance and they provided a quote. Their quote was by far the most expensive ($20,164.72) than the next most expensive, and their quote would be for them using the cheapest 3 tab shingles.

Today, 4/8/24, a debt collector left me a harassing voicemail, threatening to call companies at which I do not work. I began making phone calls to find out why this person was calling me and discovered than A&S roofing was claiming I owed them 5014.18 for work that they did not perform, under the guise of a “free quote”. Please avoid this company at all costs and do not sign anything they give you. Their representatives lie about what you are signing so they can later scam you using their “free quotes”.

Maybe this company is just really hard up for cash, using this tactic gives me the impression the business is struggling it also looks like this company was almost administratively dissolved by the state in 2023.

*EDIT* this is in response to the companies response to my honest review.

I recommend doing research before slandering your potential customers online. I in no way committed insurance fraud. My roof was completed on September 29th, 2023 by Roof Georgia (images attached). This is yet another example of shady business practices by trying to discredit valid reviews of your business.

It is also noted that you chose not to address the fact that you have sent a debt collector after me for work that your company did not complete.

Buyer beware, do not sign anything this company provides you for their “free quotes”. They will rope you in to a contact without your full knowledge for 20% of the work on their quote regardless if you use them or not. These quotes are not free, they are a scam to get money for no work done.

Additionally you just stated you do not offer 3 tab shingles, please see attached quote sent from A&S that literally states the fact that they were proposing the use of 3 tab shingles. CLEARLY THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST

I had an excellent experience with this company. My roof was in terrible shape. The rep Koral was professional, knowledgeable, and fought with insurance company till my new roof was approved!!! My roof was completed in one day and it’s beautiful!!

My experience with A&S was exceptional start to finish. Jennifer was so kind and educated me on the entire process from the moment they came to do our free inspection. They handled everything from start to finish with our insurance company, I didn't have to make one phone call or jump through any hoops. From the time of our inspection we had a new roof within 2 weeks. The team arrived on time and had our roof done in one day. They cleaned up EVERYTHING like they were never here. Contractors always leave a mess and mess up our landscaping, but these guys actually covered everything with tarps. Omar was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. These folks are very good! They tell you everything you need to know about your roof installation and they are very friendly. They get the job done in a timely and efficient manner!
