Horizon Roofing, Solar, and Exteriors-Hot Springs

The whole process was outstanding! Hunter educated us on everything that we needed and wanted to know. He really made the process easy and seamless. My wife is very happy with the outcome and as the branch out I’m sure we will use their services again.

Last February I had my roof replaced with a new one. It was done amazingly well and I was very, very happy with the results as well as the manner in which the work was done.

Yesterday, we had a frog-strangler of a rain and I noticed there was a small leak in the covered deck part of my roof.

So last night I photodocumented it and texted my wonderful roofer, Hunter Temple with Horizon Roofing • Solar • Exteriors. I heard back from him immediately and he was here and up on my roof by 9:00 this morning! Then he went up in the attic and checked all around until he decided what the most likely source of the leak was and made sure there were not multiple leaks and no damage from leakage into the attic.

Next he blew all the leaves out of the gutters and off the roof and took the water hose up on the roof to test his theory while I stayed on the deck to monitor the leaking area. The source was confirmed and he repaired the problem immediately. Afterward he cleaned everything up, including blowing the leaves off the deck that came down from the roof!

This is SUCH an outstanding young man! If I were giving my experience with him a grade, it would be 110%... 100 percentage points for attentiveness, timeliness, courtesy, efficiency, professionalism, expertise, tenacity, and so much more. 10 bonus points for cleaning up everything so thoroughly before you left. It's really admirable how you always see projects through from conception to completion!
