I normally don’t do business reviews, but the customer service is outstanding at Hope Star Roofing. Being a single female, I felt respected, safe, and my opinion mattered. I wasn’t familiar with the process, and Richard took his time to help me feel comfortable.

Richard and his crew were prompt, fair, and did a wonderful job fixing the damage from a recent storm. Richard kept me informed the entire time of each step of the process and even handled all of the insurance claim information for me. It’s nice to be able to sit back and trust a company to do what they say they are going to do AND exceed your expectations.
