Homewood Suites by Hilton Dillon

Decently nice rooms, clean. Good location for nearby mountain resorts.

They get a 2 star for their treatment of my incorrect booking. I mistakenly booked another room literally 30-60 minutes prior to getting there after not being able to find my booking in my email.

It was my mistake and I can own that, but the small amount of time described above hardly made this hotel lose any money (they weren't fully booked anyway). The sad part is the manager initially said he wasn't sure if they would be able to get a refund (which is crazy anyway) but quickly changed his mind and said he was able to get it cancelled no problem. I never got a refund, later checked and noticed and contacted Hilton customer service. I checked later and they only refunded 40% of the cost. Never even communicated back. For this reason, I cannot return simply on principle.

The location couldn’t be any better. Its proximity and ease of access to everything is great. That being said, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and the rooms are going downhill quick. Our room wouldn’t cool to the temp we wanted it at. The pillows are horrendous and smashed to where they’re the size of a folded towel. I probably would’ve had a better nights sleep using one of my folded sweatshirts as a pillow. Also, artwork was missing from the room. I don’t care about the lack of artwork of course, but when paying $400+/night, I’d like to not stay in a room with screws and holes in the wall. Lastly, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were not appetizing at all and literally were liquid. Staff was friendly.

Front desk went above and beyond in helping us. Everyone so nice professional and accommodating. The rooms are amazing. The view gorgeous. We had a dog with us also, Hawkeye, and he loved it here. Again I can not thank them enough for all the help.

Nice hotel but air conditioner didn't put out cold air on either unit. I spoke with the front desk and they can barely speak english and just hunched their shoulders. Best I could figure out is there must be motion detection tied to the unit as when I got up in the night it would start blowing cold air. Otherwise a super hotel.

Dillon is gorgeous! The location is just off of I70, blocks from the town center. Convenient to shops, grocery & restaurants. And this hotel has great views of the mountains & lake. Maritza at the front desk was awesome & got me a rm w a beautiful view. The rm was spacious, spotless & comfortable. It had a full kitchen supplied w anything you would need. The hot breakfast included tortillas, chorizo & beans, & all the toppings/sauces for bfast burritos. Also, waffles, bacon, eggs & potato rounds. The Vue restaurant located on the top floor has amazing views of the surrounding area & the food & cocktails are top notch. Shoutout to Joy! The underground parking is $15/night. & there are a cpl charging stations in front.
I had an all around relaxing & stress free stay. Which is exactly what I needed! This was my third time staying here & I will continue to return when visiting Dillon

Awesome hot tub that's outside so you can see the stara. The rooms are very clean. Pretty decent hot breakfast.

Shockingly nice. Great parking. Quiet. Clean, modern rooms, and very good breakfast. Restaurant-bar on top level has unsurpassed views. Price was reasonable.

Good size rooms. Nice amenities and breakfast - they also have a rooftop bar that was closed when we were there.

We got caught in a snowstorm driving through the mountains and had to stop. This was just perfect, service, room, parking, and the views were so nice. The room was very cozy.

Upon my guys arriving after a long day of labor to check in with their confirmation number they had an inacceptable interaction with the reception person Maritza Gonzales ( not the first time) upon asking to speak with her manager she stated he was out of office.for sure not booking here any longer

Encontramos una muy buena tarifa de último minuto y al ser titular Gold de HH fuimos directo a este.|El hotel se ve muy nuevo, con habitaciones muy amplias, modernas y con todo tipo de amenities.|Personal muy amable el cual me ayudó con una pérdida de equipaje de nuestro vuelo de Denver.|Para esquiar, tienes Breckenridge a solo 10-15' en coche y Vail y Beaver Creek a 30-40' en coche.|A no ser que quieras estar a pie de pistas...este es un buen hotel tanto como por ubicación como por precio. Love this Homewood hotel in dillion. The rooms are nice and it has a great fitness center. The breakfast has a ton of options and they have a rooftop bar, though they seem to be out of a lot of menu items all the time...

Beware though parking is $15 a night if you are not a diamond member!

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and good breakfast. The bathroom in our room looked like nobody had dusted in quite a while, See picture, Breakfast was better some days than others, but it was good to see the variety, so no complaints about it overall. I'm craving some hash browns now that I'm doing this review though.

Charging $15 a day for parking is absolutely ridiculous though! I can't imagine many people are showing up without a car. This needs to change. The parking situation is pretty confined and designed for compact cars.

Electric vehicle charging is limited and extremely slow and overpriced,. I can get a full charge at my work in Denver for a quarter the price in half the time.

The restaurant is mediocre at best, It's trying to be something it's not. The food is terribly overpriced and very underwhelming, Do yourself a favor and find a restaurant down the street. You'll save money and enjoy the food. If you just want drinks and a view, then it's fine to stay onsite.

This place was very service oriented. Felt newer. Great appliances! Great rooms. Super clean. Allowed for dogs so next time I’ll bring ours. Great proximity to keystone and Breckenridge. Underground parking to boot and ChargePoint EV charger.

This is a nice hotel to stay at in Dillon. Rooms are nice, clean and big. They have a wall and door separating the beds from living room, little kitchen. The pool temp was great, water was a little cloudy tho. We still had a great time swimming. The hot tube is outside and that was great. It was fun sitting in it (even during a snow storm) after a week of skiing. The free breakfast was good. Except the hash brown cakes. They need to be heated different. They were rock hard and not edible.
The $15 a day parking pass fee makes no sense to me. This hotel has plenty of parking and its not like your going to a hotel without a car. Just include the parking as your nightly fee to stay here.
I would stay here again.

I've stayed at a bunch of hotels up in the area, and this one was a new one for a snowboard weekend, and wow, it's great! A nice large room with a comfy bed that is clean, and it had a little kitchenette with a fridge and stove and even a small dishwasher. Great location to get to Keystone or Breck, and there's free breakfast, they even had breakfast tacos which is something I've not seen as an option before

Wowza! We hit a home run with this reservation! Yes, it's a pricey stay and doubly so on a weekend during Spring Break, but it was truly worth every penny. The customer service was top notch, the grounds were well maintained and my room was clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and absolutely won't stay anywhere else when we're in town again.

Very nice place centrally located to a ton of attractions. Newer property and very clean. Nice staff and amazing housekeeping.

Breakfast was good. Parking is tighr, especially the garage. Doors are barely big enough for an average SUV.

Soundproofing is amazing with quiet rooms.

Minus a point for beds as hard as concrete. Simply inexcusable for the premium price point of these rooms. My wife had to sleep on the pullout bed just to get some rest.

Great experience at this Homewood Suites in Dillon, CO! We live in Colorado and have stayed at many hotels across the state, this was the cleanest hotel and one with the best included breakfast! I'm very picky about cleanliness and could find nothing wrong in our room, breakfast area, pool or hot tub area. The breakfast offered real eggs, bacon, shredded pork, hash browns and various toppings for burritos or tacos. All that along with what you usually get at hotel breakfasts. The 4th floor bar and restaurant offers a beautiful view of Dillon Lake and the mountains. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We didn't eat there this time but hope to try the menu in the future. Our grandkids loved the pool after skiing each day. Can't say enough about how great this hotel was, we will be back!!

Our room was apparently under the 4th floor kitchen. They were moving tables or chairs causing tremendous racket. When we called to inquire, they said there was nothing they could do, that was just the noise in the room under the kitchen.

Be advised: there is also a $15 parking fee that is disclosed on the official website, but not disclosed if you book the hotel through a 3rd part site like Hotels.com or Expedia.

It is outrageous that for $600+ / night the sofa bed is 10 inches wide and guarantees the worst night of your life. It is a torture bed. When you kindly ask for a reasonable refund and provide feedback, they return the parking fee - almost insulting. This is terrible customer service. Will not return to this hotel.

Loved this place... Skied at Keystone (No Lines BTW), which is a 7 minute Drive from the hotel. We went to Brekenridge to Eat and Shop-20 Minute. Drive. The Rooms are great with a Kitchen and the Bed was very comfy. The Roof Top Bar was great and even has an outside area with the Garage doors for the summer months and a great view of the mountains and lake. Free Breakfast in the am from 6-10am. Coffee all day. Mini Shop to buy some food, drinks. Gym is very nice. Indoor Pool. Outside Jacuzzi. The Hotel is about 4 years old and is very New Looking. Outside Parking and Indoor, Heated, Parking under the hotel. The Workers were very helpful and always smiling. I will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay here over presidents weekends. Check in was easy and the front desk was helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We went up to the hotel restaurant, Vue, for happy hour and the bartender, food runners, and host were all so friendly - food was also good. The locations is great - close to keystone and many restaurants. Overall highly recommend this hotel!

DONT STAY HERE. The hotel is alright. But the tv is super laggy. We came here to watch the Super Bowl and have a fun time but instead it is nearly impossible to watch since every few seconds it lags. Very annoying and not fun. This hotel should be able to have a better connection instead of being cheap. Plus when we wanted it fixed all they said was we can’t and just didn’t do anything to fix the problem. Don’t stay here if you want to have a good time or party with friends/family I am sure there are other places who care about the service of there items.

I just got responded by the owner and he is LYING. The man that tried to fix the laggy tv said this is a known issue.This owner is lying saying that he is going to fix the problem. They are going to do nothing to fix it. DONT GO HERE SINCE THE OWNER DOESN’T CARE AND LIES. HE SAYS HES GOING TO FIX IT AND DOESNT. PLUS THERE ARE OTHER COMMENTS TALKING ABOUT THE BAD TV SERVICE. And one of the elevators don’t work.
This place does not care about making you having a good time. LAZY AND TERRIBLY MANAGED

We were excited to check out this hotel as the location is great if you’re skiing in the area. The hotel is very new and has a great outdoor hot tub and the hot free breakfast was nice… but unfortunately we will never return. For starters as others have mentioned, the people at the front desk don’t answer the phone. We tried several times and never got anyone to pick up then we’d walk down to the lobby and the people at the front desk were just hanging out… it was so strange. Also we were told someone would text us once our room was ready… no one texted us. When I asked why we were not notified… the person at the front desk sorta chuckled and said their system didn’t always work. Also one elevator was broken which was annoying however we heard from other guests that the day prior both elevators were broken. But the biggest issue is that our tv didn’t work in our room and we wanted to watch the Super Bowl. The people at the front desk said they were unaware of any issues but even the tvs in the lobby weren’t working properly. We spoke with maintenance and was told it’s a known problem… we were like What? And after reading other reviews… other guest had the same TV problems so either the front desk people were ill informed or acted as if they didn’t know there was a problem with their tv services. We spoke with other guests and they said they also felt the customer service lacked and things just felt off. Whomever is managing this hotel is really neglecting a lot of things. My husband said he will never stay at another Hilton property again thanks to this poor experience!

Excellent rooms and service. The breakfast was great with plenty of options for adults and children. The location of this hotel is perfect. Also has great views from the windows. They do a great job clearing the parking lot after a fresh snow.

Rooms were clean, nice location from town and skiing.
The front desk never answers the phone, but when you come downstairs they are all just sitting there hanging out.
The breakfast was alright, no bacon or regular sausage. They made pork breakfast tacos the entire weekend. Would have liked normal breakfast for at least one of the days.

Beware of double charges! In my case triple charges! And a year later they randomly tried to charge me again! This was after Capital One fraud team got involved. Sad that Hilton doesn't manage these properties. It's a franchise and the Mgr couldn't find his own backside with instructions! There are other Hilton properties to stay at in the area with better management and staff. Better prices too. Don't forget the parking fees they will add onto your bill.

All good. Enjoyed the view from our room. I brought my wife here for her birthday. And she likes it. Breakfast just warm. TV kept freezing up for a second.

Hotel was recently built and very nice. Close to the ski slopes and enough restaurants nearby that you can walk.

Came for a quick stay and picked this hotel for its indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately they had the pool area closed for cleaning most of the day despite the posted hours being 7am-11pm. The rooms were decent but the tv service was horrible and it would be nice if the sheets actually fit the bed. The breakfast buffet was as expected and didn’t close until 10am which was nice. Overall I would rate this as a 2 star rather than a 3 star hotel based on the availability and quality of the amenities.

Never got room service the 3 days we stayed. The breakfast was not well organized food or drinks would run out and nobody was checking to replace it had to keep asking. Front desk staff not friendly. If they work on this details this place would be awesome to stay all the time

During my most recent stay, I was shocked to be charged a $35 cleaning fee for tissues and personal food. There was no transparency about this fee at check-in, and no extra cleaning was needed. The entire charge feels like a scam.||I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of clarity and poor customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

I stayed here at the last minute for a business meeting when I needed to get to Summit County earlier than expected due to incoming bad weather. I was able to turn up the heat in my room so that it was comfortable. There is paid parking. I thought there was underground/covered parking which would have been nice due to the expected snow but it was not offered. The staff were ok; not overly friendly but not rude either. The room was clean. Breakfast is packed and hard to find a seat so you might have to be a bit creative. If I am back in town for a business meeting. I would stay here again.

On app it says free parking. When we checked out they charged us 15 dollars for parking. We called them and said we didn’t realize it and they gave us a hard time and didn’t remove it at all. Front desk manager who claimed he was the GM was very rude. didn’t cut anyone slack what so ever. He shouldn’t be in that position. He didn’t even wear a uniform.

Nice hotel, a half step up from standard Hampton . The Vue restaurant was
pretty good also! Decent pool and hot tub. Good breakfast.

Nice place to stay, the only thing that disappointed was we selected a first floor room originally and when we came to check in, they moved us to a third floor. In addition, they’re not checking to make sure there’s plenty of hot water to make hot chocolate and not making sure they have enough packages of tea or hot chocolate bread available throughout the night in early morning. And the same thing with coffee, I’ve gotten up several times around 4:30 and five hit the gym and came out and there was no coffee ready.

That in itself doesn’t Institute slamming the place, but as a Diamond member it is a little frustrating when you’re on a schedule and have to wait for hot chocolate or coffee to be made.

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly, location was great and rooms very clean. The breakfast was great too with lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing little gem. I travel often for work (wedding planner). I stay in all types of hotels around Colorado. I chose a cheaper price for a quick trip this last weekend. This hotel is so pretty and has amazing views! The room was super cute and had a convenient kitchenette. For the price, I was expecting way less, especially in the area. I have stayed at a few other lower priced hotels in the Silverthorne area, and they have all been pretty run down. I highly recommend this hotel, I also never got down to the pool or hot tub, but that's another huge bonus! Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms & lobby, easy load in & onsite parking. Great for traveling and kids.

Our rooms had compact, but full kitchens and they are pet-friendly. The breakfast was standard fare and the area was comfortable.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Homewood Suites! From start to finish, everything about this stay was very good. The highlight for me was definitely the hot tub—it’s such a treat to have one available, especially after a day of exploring. While, as with any public hot tub, it could feel a bit on the murky side, it was still enjoyable and made for a relaxing evening.

The free breakfast buffet was a nice bonus each morning, offering a decent spread that gave me a solid start to the day. For $160 a night, I felt it was a pretty fair value, especially given the amenities. However, they do tack on an additional $15 per day for parking, so keep that in mind when budgeting.

We did have a little hiccup with screaming children in an adjacent room, although the hotel was very amenable to changing rooms for us.

Overall, I’d recommend Homewood Suites for its comfort, value, and those extra perks that made our stay truly enjoyable.

We were very happy with our stay at HOMEWOOD Suites. The room was immaculately clean and we had great views of the smaller mountains even though we didn’t book the Mountain View room. It was the perfect set up for traveling with kids. They hung out in the living room & watched their TV. We enjoyed breakfast with a gorgeous view each morning, and loved the proximity to all amenities, restaurants and surrounding towns. You can walk to Lake Dillon and take in the water & mountain views up close.

Was here for four nights in October. This is a clean, comfortable, roomy hotel with full kitchen and great breakfast. Would stay here again!

Always a good experience no matter what location across the US. It's worth the few extra dollars because their employees always go over and above to accommodate guests and make sure their comfortable. Here at the Dillon, CO Homewood, the whole staff was great! Erin however, was exceptional! Thanks again for your help with the priceline date mixup and also for just being kind. CHEERS...

Absolute scam of a hotel. Charged $15 a day extra for parking (of which there was not enough), $5 a day for usable wifi (they have a free option but it'll take an hour to load a picture), and an exorbitant amount for a phone call to Denver. Breakfast was awful and made me sick. Room was small and dingy. Only good part is the location, but you can't even see the views from the room, they face the highway. Will never stay here or at any other Hilton property again.

I had a nice stay at the Dillon Homewood Suites. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable, good housekeeping during my stay. I had no issues with the AC/Heating, as another review said they did. I was able to keep the room at the perfect temperature, and it also had a ceiling fan in the room. The shower was nice and had good pressure. Breakfast was good. I did not experience the restaurant since it was closed for a private event the nights I was there. Overall, it was a great stay, and I will stay here again when I am in the area. Thank you

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new so everything was just right. The beds were super comfortable and spacious! We absolutely loved the rooftop restaurant and bar! The view was stunning and the food delicious. The hot tub was outside and plenty big! I could see how great time place is in the winter time. The continental breakfast was perfect. The day we stayed, we chose the chicken tinga burrito!! We will definitely be back!

Nicely equipped modern rooms. Nice to have restaurant on site. Good food and drinks on offer. Also a very talented guitarist/ singer to provide entertainment. Breakfast offered more choice than many in this price range but quality was just average. Would be happy to return here.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before, and I have never had an issue until my most recent stay. After checking in I went to my room, locked the door, put my stuff on the ground, and hopped in the shower. While I was in the shower I thought I heard the door to the room open, so I got out of the shower and made sure the door was shut. It was, but the door was unlocked. I re-locked the door, and even put the safety latch over the door. I went back into the bathroom and finished showering. I came out of the bathroom after drying off, and there were two guys standing in my room. One of them was apologizing, and the other was asking me if I had a key card to get into the room (keep in mind I was still undressed during this interaction). I then got a call from the front desk saying that there had been a misunderstanding, and that the “computer glitched out”. They also said they were going to “change the batteries in the door lock”. Wouldn’t you think that if the door is double locked (after you unlocked and opened the door once) and someone’s stuff is laying right in front of the door, you probably shouldn’t enter? I’ve never had this happen to me while staying in a hotel, and I hope it doesn’t happen again. Very awkward and frustrating.

This is my second day at this particular Homewood suites. I was very impressed. The first time I was here in June and decided to come back in August. The location is great, the staff is friendly, the rooms are very well designed, and the restaurant is excellent. It’s so nice to be able to walk to the lake, and I requested a few of the mountains in the lake. It was a very refreshing stay.

Great location, perfect rooms, and wonderful staff. We checked in and watched a rude guest yelling at the front desk person because she arrived well before check in time and felt she was entitled to a room before 4pm. The front desk woman handled the situation so professionally. We personally had a wonderful check in process and both at the front desk were helpful, kind, and professional. Got into our room right on time and very happy.
