I’m going to start off by I never leave reviews good or bad but companies like this place don’t need to be in business. My contractor got an estimate on doors 4 days ago. I went to pay for it today and they told me they are not going to honor their quote they gave us 4 days ago. All the prices have gone up! I will never use Alpine Lumber for anything and I will make sure I tell everyone how horrible their customer service is.
Went by at 4pm on 12/29 after checking the hours on both the website and google to pick-up a and lumber and the yard was already closed for the day. Three other cars were with me in the parking lot looking inside and checking the doors but the yard was completely locked up. Google sends the business owner who manages your google page a reminder to update your holiday hours if they change. Makes sense if you change hours on slow weeks but someone needs to take better ownership of making sure store hours match from the website and your customers don't drive out to pick-up an order only to find out you closed early. Fundamentals!
