I can not say enough amazing things about Senna and Chris! They have been absolute life savers for me. I have a large property with multi in summit county and to say the least… it’s moody…. But Senna and Chris are on top of every detail and it’s a huge stress relief off my back.

Senna, Chris and Rockies Property Management are everything you could wish and hope for in a property management company. We have 8 rental units spread across the country. (Senna & Chris manage our 2 in Colorado.) We have seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to housekeeping and property management. Our #1 thing we can say about Rockies Property Management is that with them, we don't have to worry about a thing. They are ON IT. They are fully reliable, always on time, always taking TOP NOTCH care at turnovers and whenever there is an issue (something broken, etc.). We feel like they are fully part of our team. If we could give them all 8 of our places we would do it in a heartbeat because when your property is in their hands, you know you can relax because they get the job done. Plus, they are so kind, caring and professional. You just can't beat them.
