P4 Window Cleaning

P4 scheduled our job quickly after I requested an appt online. The crew that came to our house was friendly and professional.

Sad. P4 did a great job cleaning our windows in 2021, so we called them again in 2024. You can see there was 3 years between window cleans, so we acknowledge the windows were dirty.
In 2024, they left multiple windows unlocked, some with the blinds down (this was disconcerting). They also left the blinds "up" in multiple other rooms in various stages of disarray.
The primary window I sit by and look out every day, after cleaning had 2 quite-large scratches on it. I asked the cleaner about it and he vociferously denied scratching the window. Even after explaining to the cleaner and the company I look at this window all day, every day and would have noticed the scratches, the company denied any wrong doing and offered no discount.
By and large, the windows are clean. Make your own decision on whether you want to use them.

The windows looked great. I did notice, however, that the back sliding doors had dirty water marks on the sides and the main sliding screen wasn't cleaned. They came back and recleaned the back slider. Did a good job without hesitation.

We have had P4 clean the windows on our 2 story home, on a hill, for the last 7 years. First 3 years they were great. The last 4 years have been disappointing to say the least. From showing up without telling me in advance, twice, to 3 years now of up charges for "excessive dirty because they are not regularly cleaned" (even though they clean them regularly) and "humidifier residue on inside windows" and telling me in advance that there will be paint on the windows from painters when P4 had not even seen the windows yet. Do not have them clean windows when you are not there! Not sure what is going on, but I will be finding new window cleaners next year.

I have used P4 Window cleaners for 13 plus years, and they are terrific. Efficient, courteous, on time and helpful. My windows always shine; thanks to P4.
