Ben was immediately responsive to my phone call and out to my house within one day for an inspection and estimate. The job was for replacement of all of my crawl space vents and was completed promptly the following day. The worker was polite and professional! The quality of work done was outstanding and the area was impeccably cleaned up afterward. Ben is very receptive to homeowner needs and is fair in pricing. Without a doubt I will recommend Ben and Homevade Contracting and will use them again!

Benjamin responded right away when I put up a request for estimates on Angi. My job was just to replace a damaged section of final on my house is eave, Plus to cover a window with a section of screening to prevent birds from pecking on the window. Not a typical job but he was very willing to help out. Very satisfied with the work and the quickness to respond.

My bathroom window was stuck open and the mosquitoes were driving me nuts. It was difficult to find a handyman who could repair old crank windows until I called Ben at Homevade LLC.

I hired Ben to install a new slab exterior door to replace the originaldoor on my older home. He did an outstanding job He also replaced the ugly raised panel trim with a more modern looking design and, repaced/installed our outdated lanterns with updated fixtures. I hired Benjamin Graves to replace two hollow doors, and have had a horrible experience, not only with the delivered product, but the customer service is so unprofessional, I have been trying to reach him to remedy the situation and he will not even return calls for a simple conversation. we had nice solid doors in our master and he said we could get those for the other two rooms to help with noise. Ben prepared the order for two doors, but when he showed up with them, they were nothing like our solid doors in the master (standard raised panel/nice molding). The ones he got were poor quality, thin, rattled when you knock, and flat, not raised molding and looked very mismatched in the hall against the rest of our doors. When I saw them I asked if we could please return them, he (incorrectly) told me we could not and manipulated me into keeping these doors saying we could try to "add bit of molding or panels" to try to get them to look like the rest of the doors in our home. (this was not true, after calling the lumber company, had he not drilled the holes into them, we COULD have exchanged them for proper matching doors, I later found out). When he left he TOOK the original doors with him, which we did not want since now we are left with horrible cheap un-matching doors, and wish we could have the old doors back which looked great and perfectly matched the rest of the doors in that hallway (despite being hollow). He made a mistake on the door order, he made a mistake on telling me they were non-returnable, and he made a mistake by taking the perfectly functioning 2 doors away without asking me, all of these mistakes could be easily remedied so the truly worst aspect of all, is that he will not even return calls to try and fix any of these mistakes, and that just speaks on his character which unfortunately cannot be remedied. Save your money and a headache, and go with someone else more honest and with better customer service.

Tried for two days to hang and trim a front door... (failed miserably)... he was reccomended... he showed up on time.... spent 2 min looking at the door... boom fixed....... came back the next day with trim and finished it perfectly.... this guy is a wizard!
