I would recommend Hometown to anyone looking for roofing work. I believe Hometown is an honest and hardworking company. I felt they took pride in their work. When Fred did the walk through at the end of the project, there were a few areas that he didn't feel met their quality standards (not anything we would have seen as the consumer). Fred came back and addressed those areas. Although it has only been a few months, we are very happy with the roofing work thus far!

Hometown Roofing did a great job for us. Darrin, our sales person, came out and reviewed the damage with our insurance adjustor and I think he was instrumental in identifying a number of repairs that needed done that the adjustor (and I) may have missed on our own. He came over with his samples and we picked a color that works great with our house. We also replaced our gutters and the color there looks amazing; perfect match with our house. Both the roofing and gutter teams were fast (came home from work about 2:00 and the roof was already done, the place cleaned up and dumpster was gone). Gutters also went surprisingly fast - the work looks great.

We just completed getting a new roof, gutters, and some painting done due to the hailstorm. I had the pleasure of working with Darrin Richardson. I don't like to review much considering I want to see if the product or service works well over time. In this case, we had our roof redone a few years ago now and I can happily say everything was done according to plan, and not a single issue has come up since. I had wind damage that wrecked roof, gutter guards, skylights, damage to ceiling and walls from leakage. They handled/contracted every aspect of repairs. They made sure I paid no more than my deductible. Darrin communicated throughout whole process and was very knowledgeable. Brandon wrote several letters to my insurance requesting additional funds which were always successful requests. All their skilled workers/painters etc were hard working. Very ethical business you can trust.

Darrin R. came to my house today for a roof inspection. I figured there was damage from last year's storms as several of my neighbors had their roofs replaced. Darrin told me that my roof was in reasonably good shape and there was no reason to replace the shingles at this time. I really appreciated his honesty and not trying to sell me something I didn't really need.

With the previous storms that we had in the metro area, majority of roofers were already packed to the brim with jobs and work orders. With this being said, hometown roofing not only found time for our repairs but was out there the following week, documented all of the damages and ordered everything within a couple weeks. From start to finish, their project manager Cameron was very communicative and answered all of my questions within the same day. Not only was communication superb but they also found some more repairs needed, notified us and was out the same day to diagnose and order the new parts. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service, would highly recommend for any roof replacement or repairs!

I had hail damage this spring. I called this company and got the best roofing specialist ,Jeff Jensen. He gave me a fair estimate and my insurance company accepted his bid . He came out when my insurance auditor came out to review my claim. He did all the paperwork and explained everything to me so I could understand it . My new roof was on in a few weeks . The men who put on the roof were experts. The roof looks great!!! Jeff waited for payment until the insurance company paid me . My experience could not have been better . Thank you Jeff.

Hometown was very professional and got my roof repaired quickly, just in time before six inches of rain fell in three days. I am happy that the work was finished promptly.

I had 5 estimates and Hometown was the only one to tell me that me bathroom fans were only vented to my attic. I chose them and don't regret it, they were great and I've recommended they and at least 5 friends have used them also.

Jeff, fair play to ya sir and thank you. Jeff is one of the most down to earth professionals I've come across in a decade. At the next company Holiday party he deserves a standing ovation. His knowledge and expertise seated a well seasoned insurance adjuster at the dinner table with humble pie being the main course. Mind you he did so with such class the adjuster was eating from his hand.
The install roof & gutter crews were like ninjas, sneaking in and out without a trace, leaving behind a masterpiece of craftsmanship.
And let's not forget the owner, Brett, who made sure everything was ship-shape and up to his standard. True story, I accidentally messed up a few shingles (don’t ask - it's a long story :) within like 2 days of install, totally my fault. Highly recommend - Fred from Hometown roofing stopped the leaking in my dining room ceiling! I've had two other roofing companies look into this same issue in the past with no luck and it had become a much worse leak thanks to the recent Omaha storms. He found a hole hiding in a corner, switched out some roofing nails, as well as gave us excellent guidance on routing the gutter another direction. It's now dry inside!

Our experience with Hometown Roofing was excellent. The representative that took my call and set up our appointment was very nice and thorough. But the wow factor came when Brett showed up at our house to look at the damage to our fascia. He called before he arrived which we appreciated very much. Darrin Richardson was our sales rep and he did an excellent job from start to finish. He worked with our Insurance company to get everything that should be covered from the hail damage, covered and paid by insurnace. We didn't have to do any leg work on that. The company kept us posted on all progress from start to finish. The installers came and did an excellent job in a timely manner replacing the roof, gutters, fascia and window and door trim. We were very pleased with their company and service and sales and we will recommend them over and over for roof, siding, and gutter needs.

Along with lots of others I’m having an issue with condensation in my attic. Fred at HOMETOWN roofing came out and honestly I’ve never had a better experience. He was very informative about what was happening and what needed to be done to resolve the problem. While the company couldn’t fix the insulation issue he did help me get a dehumidifier up in the attic to start to resolve the problem. And when there was an issue with the dehumidifier he came back and put in the new one id bought. All as a curtsy call. What a nice human being and a great company. I really appreciated the help. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had a leak in the eaves of our house, called Hometown for an estimate. Darrin is always fantastic to work with, and set great expectations for what some of the challenges might be based on the tight space they needed to work in. The estimate was very reasonable. Once we agreed to the estimate, they got the work completed efficiently with minimal disruption to our schedule (plus, they got it done before the snow fell!) I would highly recommend Hometown Roofing for not only quality service, but for how much they care about their customers.

Hometown Roofing was amazing to work with when we needed repairs from a hail storm. Jeff was great at following up with us on the process of our new roof, gutters, downspouts, repairs on our siding(holes), and new Pella windows. Hometown was able to get it all done without me having to call each different company to get our repairs done. Jeff handled the insurance claim, and was able to do a walk through with my insurance company. Their roofing crew was quick, and kept everything clean and out of my neighbors yard. They also were very mindful of our dogs. Making sure all of the small pieces and nails were picked up before we let them out. I had to call them out for a leak in my roof. They responded quickly and treated me with professionalism. I’m in a bit of a bind financially and insurance was not going to help, so they worked out a deal with me that allowed the main issue to be fixed without breaking my wallet. Fred is the one I worked with, and I would certainly do business with him again. If I had anything constructive to add, it would be regarding a bit of a wait I went through between first talking to them and the leak actually getting fixed - they didn’t come out until about a week and a half after when they originally said they’d be out to do the fix. Despite this, Fred still communicated with me and did make sure the job got done, so no hard feelings there.

They did a wonderful job all the way around! Darrin was great to work with, too! If I had any questions, he was always willing to answer.

When replacing a piece ofmy soffits famaged in a wind storm yhe technician noticed that my gutters were not tipped correctly and watet was pouring behind them rather then into the gutters. Hometown Roofing did a great job of repairing the problem. I have had them for other issues not caused by their installations. I have always been very satisfied with their work.

We thought it was a problem with our flat roof that caused the ceiling in our living room to collapse, so we called Hometown because they’d done such an excellent job a few years back with the much larger shingled part of our roof. Brett came out and determined the problem was with our upstairs plumbing, not the flat roof. And then he helped us move furniture out of the way of the still crumbling ceiling. He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful…and this on a job where he wasn’t going to make a penny! Three cheers and bravo!

Wow, where to start. Hometown has done work on my house more than once. Not their issue, just this weather won't let up. Brett is just a wonderful guy, really cares about his customers.
