Had a pretty terrrible experience with this company for our bathroom renovation project. Quality of work was low, and extremely inconsistent despite having all materials and plans ready for the project. Multiple parts had to be redone, and still we are still dealing with issues and having to redo work (grouting, tiling). Originally scoped for three weeks, it ended up taking several months (normal, but despite that extra time we still had a lot of issues). Would not recommend to anyone based on our experience.

I hired them to renovate 2 bathrooms, one partial and one completely. They gave me a proposal that included labor and material with the allowance for each material item. Melissa went with me to the tile store to pick up the tiles for the floor, shower; she did the ordering and store the material at their warehouse until they were ready to be used. I bought some accessories that happened to be on sale. Melissa prepared a spreadsheet listing the cost of the material and adjusted the cost at the end. The total cost actually came in a few hundred dollars less than the proposal.

I also love the quality work they did. They painted the wall and ceiling of the color of my choice, even replaced the light bulb that burned out. The resulting bathrooms looked fabulous. These are hard working and honest people and I refer them to all my friends. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Jason came to my home and did the walk-thru with me of what I needed done. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the following work: (1) Remove master bedroom ceiling (it was sagging dangerously), remove attic insulation, replace drywall ceiling, replace attic insulation, paint ceiling, paint walls where the drywall removal made a mess, re-install light fixtures, reinstall ceiling fan; (2) Install screen door in basement; (3) cut (customer-provided) counter top and install in basement kitchen, remove and dispose of old countertop (4) fix front door doorjamb and replace locks. Jason was very patient with me while I encountered multiple delays in committing to the project. Melissa was very sweet and she came over to do the paperwork and finances (thank goodness they accept Zelle!). The guys he sent to do the work were professional, courteous, and kept the areas where they were working very clean. They accidentally broke one of the fixtures to a wall lamp but they replaced it and I probably would not have even noticed had they not said something! The guys even put my bed back together when they were all done which was a very sweet gesture and completely not expected. The basement door install had a hiccup when the guys installed the pneumatic closer on the bottom of the door instead of the top. There was a lack of communication about where the pneumatic closer should have gone, but they corrected the issue by installing an entirely new door and placing the pneumatic closer at the top of the door. There was another hiccup when the workers installed front door locks that required a key to exit from the inside. I felt that it was dangerous to not be able to exit the house quickly in an emergency, so they replaced those locks with ones that do not need a key to get out from the inside. The counter cut was great and fit perfectly. They were finished within a week of starting, and did a great job, especially with correcting the things that were not right due to not communicating certain things more directly. If I ever need work again, I will definitely reach out to them provided they haven't flagged me as a picky customer! Thank you HomeTech!

If I could give Hometech 10 stars I would. We were in a bind with our master bathroom remodel and they came to our rescue. Jason and Mellisa gave us an excellent price, handled all the permits and inspections, and gave us great advice on materials, designs and more. Marco and Emilio were professional and did an excellent job with even the smallest details of the bathroom - like how the floor tiles line up with the shower tiles. We will be using them for future projects and could not recommend them enough.

Hometech remodeled my bathroom, and I’m so happy with the end result. I worked with Melissa. She provided links to help me select the materials. We had a field trip to Floor & Decor to select the tile, which was fun! I appreciate that Melissa gave me design advice when asked but ultimately it was my decision. I did go over budget on the materials allocation, so I wish I had paid more attention to what I was selecting. However, I am pleased with what was installed, and the bathroom looks so good. Hometech was in the mid-range of the estimates that I requested. I will definitely hire Hometech againwhen I have another home improvement project.

I found Hometech through a Google search, and I’m happy I did. I was intent on not breaking my bank to remodel the bathroom in my condo, and Jason and his team worked diligently to keep me within budget. Melissa was a super warm, friendly, and informative designer - we even went tile shopping together.

I had replaced my window as well. Unfortunately, there was a heavy delay in production due to Covid. So I did bug for updates. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the way everything looks and functions. The team is so friendly and family oriented (they even got me a holiday gift of wine, so cute!).

Hometech was great! The did an Egress window installation for me and were very reasonable priced and did good work. Four stars because things were slow to start (I believe there were hiccups in the permitting process) but the work of his team was great! Once they were able to get started I was happy for the most part. They ended up needing to use a sump pump, but any other contractor would have had to also which did raise the price a bit. Not Hometechs fault, it simply had to do with the age of the home. Another reason for the four stars instead of five was that when they installed the sump pump, they didn't install a check valve so every time water was cleared from the basin, water left in the rise would rush back into the basin when the pump cut off. Not a big deal. I never called Hometech just because it wouldn't be worth their time or mine to go through all that for a $10 part and 15 minutes of time when I could just knock it out myself. All that being said, I would use them again if the need came up!

Amazing service by hometech. They gave me a reasonable price, showed me all the options I have and helped me pick the bathroom fixtures. They came and installed in time. Very clean, professional, and elegant. Definitely using them for my next renovation project.

We used Hometech Services to get our basement finished. They were very professional and great to work with. We had several estimates done and chose them because there estimate was not only the best priced but they made me feel the most comfortable about moving forward. I will be using them again for sure.

Ask for Jason, he is the man, we remodeled all of our 3 bathrooms and the kitchen, they managed to work around our crazy schedule and kept the house clean and organized, excellent work and reasonably priced compared to other Contractors.
