I’ve had a number of projects with HSB- a bathroom, laundry room, converting a dining room, and outdoor house repairs. They have been always professional, communicated well, and the work was excellent. I’m already hiring them for more projects!

Tom was a delight to work with on our kitchen remodel! I’d heard terrible stories of contractors disappearing without finishing jobs and leaving their clients hanging, but Tom came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He was incredibly responsive, polite, friendly and professional as was his crew. Our kitchen looks amazing!

We worked with Tom, Marcus, and Seth on major exterior renovations. Our home looks completely new and their team has done an excellent job on quality control. We’ve been so impressed!

We totally gutted our kitchen, created a space for a pantry and moved the half bath away from the kitchen. They gave me a large island for making cookies with the grandkids and a ton of storage. The space was installed with luxury vinyl flooring and the existing wood work and walls got a fresh coat of paint too.
We have entertained many family gatherings and the space fits perfectly for our large family.

He envisions things I couldn't begin to create. *My 3&4 seasons rooms were my 1st project with him. I now spend most of my time in them because they turned out better than I imagined!
*He had his team place luxury vinyl tile in my four seasons room through to my kitchen.

*I had him install a skylight in my kitchen area to add more natural light.

I’m sure Tom and his crew like to do big jobs ie: kitchen or bathroom remodel, but Vickey & I had a couple of small jobs that I could have done myself, but I have learned over the years, that its better to “write a check” and have it done right the first time.
Ryan built a front porch railing and a minor job in our kitchen. They were done right the first time!!

After a catastrophic hail storm two years ago, I contacted Tom at Home State Builders to assess the damage. He came right to my home, gave me an estimate, and even helped me negotiate with the insurance company. Tom and his crew did such an amazing job making the repairs, that my fiancee's daughter and son in-law hired Tom and his crew for a major renovation of their second home. Home State Builders treated my home and the remodel as if it was their home. Home State Builders as a group are very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
