Do yourself a favor and avoid Home Depot for home window installation. The two individuals that came to my home for the estimate were unprofessional. The cost was way above what I anticipated, despite that, I went ahead and provided a deposit in anticipation that the windows would be installed in a few weeks. However, my order was cancelled without any notification. After waiting past the estimated installation date, I had to call to find out that the order was cancelled two weeks prior. No email was sent to me. No phone call. Nothing. Guess what, I will give Home depot no more of my business at all. And I would recommend avoiding them.
