I contacted Home Depot to get an estimate (and subsequent installation) on a fence replacement in Sweet Home. I was contacted by a representative (Conner) from Pro Fence Solutions who informed me that he could come out and estimate the job on 6 July, two weeks out. I have attempted several times to contact him to confirm a time, but over two weeks, I have heard nothing from Pro Fence. I give them zero stars, and have made arrangements with another firm for the replacement. I cannot, and would not, recommend using Home Depot or their subcontractor for any fencing services.
I've been coming to this home depot for the last 3 years now. I think they have the best people. They could have a larger store, but I suppose that's true for any store of this type
Man I love this place I can't say enough good stuff about it. I go here almost everyday and they always have what I need and are happy to help me load it in my truck and get me on my way as my time is worth a lot to me these days as I spread myself out thin trying to make ends meet. Thank you!
