The guy that came out was good so it isn't his fault we had to wait so long to get the washer fixed, it was because the first part he ordered was faulty so ordered another one. All in all it took nearly 3 months to get it fixed. Absolutely ridiculous so it's on the warranty company. They are the worst. Asurion!!!!
