I signed up for rain gutter purchase and instal back on 11/16/18, 4 months ago. Paid them a downpayment. Didn't hear a thing for 4 months. I finally tried to contact Home Depot: a few unanswered emails, put on hold for 30 minutes, finally got ahold of the instal manager (3rd on the list of contacts), he said Home Depot discontinued doing gutters and asked me if anyone had gotten a hold of me. No one did. Still waiting for my refund. Now I got to start the whole process over trying to find a contractor. Never again Home Depot, never again! You lost me as a customer!
