Poorest customer service I have ever experienced no matter the time of day. Associates are rarely helpful, and slow to respond. Expect an hour wait at least every time you are dealing with any type of install. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times, and it has always been an unneeded headache.

Not pleased with our experience. With contact with the local store or corporate, no ones been able to get done what we needed done for a renovations loan. From the beginning Home Depot knew we were dealing with a mobile home and it was through a loan company. Several times we had them call us back telling us to change our flooring options due to different reasons instead of stating any of this up front. Most Importantly to get stuff done you have to schedule appointments and paid for measurements that are all for nothing. The company said they are the general contractors and they handle everything. The. The loan company gives contactor paper work to be filled out. It was one of the last things we needed done. The store and cooperate say they can't do that, that they're more for do it your sellers. Then why waste people's time and money.
