While trying to keep my tax dollars in my community and shopping local, I went to HD today to make a purchase. The item was not the same price as the manufacturers website, nor all the other online shopping like Target, Walmart, Amazon and even eBay. I asked for assistance and the very nice employee made a call to inquire about a comparative price match, especially since the manufacturers website was lower. She got an answer of no. Okay, no problem. I wasn't upset and thanked her for her help. In sales, a sale is always better than no sale. Plus, you usually honor competitors pricing. So walking away, I decided just to make my purchase online. So think about how I feel as a shopper, was my experience positive enough to feel that HD is going to be my first choice in any of my future purchases? I doubt it. You had 7 in stock priced higher than the manufacturer and you think they will sell for more? I don't think it looks promising. You should really strive to make a sale and keep customers coming back. Thanks!

Kitchen Cabinetry HD Home Services associate Adam was very perceptive to our current update cabinet needs. His ability to use compromised vision between both our wants regarding styles, colors and materials was outstanding to say the least. All our questions, concerns and comments were thoroughly addressed and we were reassured of the HD quality, the warranty and the professionalism of each installation team member HD delivers and stand by.

The worst Home Depot o have even been into. The staff are a bunch of monkeys waddling around clapping their symbols. Poorly ran by management and staff. We ordered a sliding door from this place and what a nightmare! They could not get our order right! It took 9 months before we got our sliding door put in and completed. They ordered the wrong size, never told us it was in, it took way long then it should have to receive it both times, then they still didn’t order the screen that was supposed to come with it. And to top it off the door opens on the wrong side, but we have given up with this joke of a store. Will never do business here again!
