We unfortunately did not have the best home inspection experience with Home Pro Inspections Iowa. There was a large water issue in the basement we discovered upon moving in that was not properly inspected, a roofing issue, and there were a couple tiles that had large cracks that were not discovered. While some things were noticed and appreciated, unfortunately we were left with high expenses upon moving in due to an oversight on inspection.

I called Dharl to schedule a mold inspection and he came by 2 days later! While he was performing the inspection, he noticed a few things that our home inspectors missed - some BIG things. He discovered electrical hazards and a gas leak that went completely unnoticed.
