We recently had our roof replaced and chose Fuch’s for the job. Very much enjoyed working with Patrick who was extremely knowledgable and friendly. High quality IKO Destiny shingles were used that look great with the Hardy siding on the house. The installation crew did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. The also made sure to protect the landscaping around the house which was particularly important to my wife. The job was completed in one day and at a very reasonable cost. I stongly recommend this company if you want a job well done at a reasonable cost.

Did as they said they would. Free upgrades were nice. Communication could be improved, but overall had a great experience.

What a delight to work with Fuchs Roofing! After a storm damaged my roof, I called several companies with no calls being returned. My sister recommended Fuchs so I called them. As busy as they were, someone called me late on a Friday offering to come then even though they were 30 minutes away and needed another 30 minutes to get home. They tarped the damaged portion of the roof which was great as we received more rain. A bit later I saw someone outside making the needed repairs. I thanked them profusely and would absolutely recommend them for all your roofing needs. Great company!

I thought I had an appointment today on 5-13-25 at 3pm. according to my text communication.
After waiting almost 15 minutes later, I gave a call to the Office lady answered the phone told me she was working from home said she would send a message urgent and I told her forget it. I have things I need to do. I don’t have time to be playing games waiting to see if someone’s gonna answer and call back. If they can’t keep your appointment at 3 o’clock or call if they’re running late then maybe it’s a company I don’t need to be dealing with because of the fact they can’t show up on time And the person who sent me a message to confirm. I sent a message back to them and said never mind don’t show up. I’ll go with another company then all of a sudden I’m Getting a phone message that they can come out and was a misunderstanding and all that. There’s too many companies out there that will make it on time at the appointment time..

Fuchs was great to work with and very helpful from the start. They came out and assessed the situation and worked with us on getting some options on fixing a spot on our roof. I would recommend them to others.

Fuchs Roofing gave me a fair estimate and showed up on time. Weather delayed some of the repair on my roof, but they had the materials needed after the weather cleared up. I would recommend them as they were able to get the exact same shingle color for my roof repair.

We decided to get gutter guards after we paid a company $700 to unclog a clogged under ground pvc pipe. We have a huge oak tree in the back of our house. Fuchs Roofing was great to work with. Shay gave us a few different options for our gutter covers and was honest with what was really needed. The best part is he didn't try to upsell us. :) Shay sent us a proposal which was easy to read and sign. He was in constant communicate on when the job was going to be completed since it was the winter. Adam sent an invoice that was easy to pay. I would recommend them to friends and family. I have used other roofers in the past that ghosted me when I asked for simple jobs. Thanks Fuchs Roofing for keeping our new gutters unclogged!! I would add pics but it snowed again this week and I am too lazy to get on the roof :)

We have a pretty simple rule of finding contractors to work on our house - whoever recommended by our realtor (Linda Hyink, who is simply THE BEST), we contact them. And after the hail storm tore through the neighborhood in May and damaged our roof (my wife's car was also totaled...), Fuchs was the first name Linda mentioned when we started to look for an estimate.

Our experience with Fuchs was superb from the very beginning. We assumed that maybe there would be some delays as so many houses were going through the ordeal, but they got on top of the issue as soon as we contacted them. Shay came by to confirm the extended damage of the roof, instructed us how to contact the insurance company, scheduled a walk through between Fuchs and the insurance company, and went through the estimate and all following steps, all within ~ 3 weeks, and we were set to have the roof replaced.

The only delay during the whole time was the backorder of the exact color of the roof we preferred. Since we were lucky that the damage had not resulted in leaks, we took the chance and waited for it. But once the materials were in, the crew scheduled the installation within a week, and completed the job in 2 days (one day for the roof, and another half day for all the gutters and downspouts). The crew was efficient, organized, and cleaned up well after the job was completed.

Obviously we will keep an eye on the functionality of the roof and hopefully it holds up for a long time (fingers crossed to avoid another big hail storm...), but it looks great, and based on the level of professionalism and responsiveness Fuchs has displayed up to date, we are confident that they stand by the quality of the work and will take care of their customers to satisfactions. Overall a great experience, and we will definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs roof work done (and shout out to our realtor Linda at still batting for 1.000!).

Absolutely pleased with having our roof replaced due to storm damage we had earlier in the year. This company was the most professional company I have witnessed. The whole team (roofers included) showed up in professional attire and were very friendly. The team did everything they could do to make sure our insurance company paid everything that was due on the claim. Many of my surrounding neighbors found that their roofing company did not go to bat for them when it came to challenging the insurance company, Fuchs did! They worked tirelessly until the insurance company paid beyond their original settlement. They kept me informed the whole way and were there to answer any questions I had. I get lost when it comes to dealing with insurance....with Fuchs........I did not need to get lost in the details, they took care of that for me. I am very fortunate that I was referred to Adam at Fuchs Roofing to assist me with the insurance claim to get my roof replaced. Our neighborhood has had several roof replacements due to hail and most of the neighbors reported bad experiences with loud, unprofessional workers, and several mistakes that were made. Adam and his sales manager, Shay, as well as all of the workers, were just extremely responsive, polite, respectful. They had great communication which goes a long way when you have a 3 month old. Doing business with Fuchs Roofing ended up being a great experience. I’d highly recommend them.

Fuchs Roofing has been the best experience I’ve ever had! We needed to replace our roof, gutters and trim work on our house due to storm damage. The entire process from getting a fair and reasonable quote, recommendations, material selection, insurance processing, and work performed all happened in a timely and professional manner. Excellent quality of work and we will even save on our insurance rates going forward because we now have higher wind and hail- rated roofing materials that have replaced the old “builders grade”.

Fuchs roofing did 2 of my properties. One was my personal house and the other was an investment property. They performed on the most professional level from the initial bid to the final cleanup after the roof was installed by cleaning up when finishing and again after the next day to prevent nails/debris in the yard/drives. I was most impressed by level of inspections on all the substrate before the new roof was installed and they gave many options for repairs where necessary for a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Fuchs Roofing for a quote because I saw their truck in my neighborhood and I really wanted someone who knew our old Southampton houses through and through. We got an estimate within a week, super professional experience. Any time I had a question, I got a quick and thorough answer, and my beautiful new roof speaks for itself. It's a really hard climate for roofers, literally and figuratively. The weather is severe and materials take a long time to source. There's an unpredictable wait time, but the actual work is done FAST. Patience is your friend, but the extremely fair price was more than worth the wait. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the attention and service provided by Adam Fuchs and his personnel. I had hail damage and was told by 3 companies (who did a cursory inspection) that my insurance wouldn’t pay for any of the damage and it would be from $10000-$12000. Adam Fuchs came out went up on the roof, inspected and photographed several locations of damage, and told me I should submit the roof to my insurance company. Adam followed up with me and came when the insurance inspector came. When approved by the insurance, Fuchs had my roof completed in a week, including new guttering and a few upgrades. I wish all home repairs would be this easy.

I had them come out and fix a flashing that was leaking and they did an excellent job I will use them again in the future. Adam was easy to deal with and honest.
