Home Castle Restoration was great to work with from start to finish! They do what they say they're going to do. DJ was knowledgeable and had the experience to deal with the insurance. The roofers did a great job. Can’t recommend them enough!

Great company, they will not take 10% of your settlement if they do the work. They actually filed the claim and we did not have to do anything. The roof was a class 4 impact rating and they did outstanding quality and finished in one day. Second review coming after the new siding comes. Added the completed roofing job pictures. This is my second review for the siding job. This has been the best work I have seen in a long time. They were perfectionist. Finally quality and cost effective with this company. I honestly can't think of any negative issue to report.

Very satisfied. I had some growing concerns on my roof as I saw a few falling pieces of shingles over time. Facing an insurance claim for hail damage felt overwhelming. I wasn't sure how much damage there was, and I thought it might be too late to prove it. Although my roof looked just OK at some distance, I knew I need to do something about it.

They spoke directly to the insurance adjuster and got my claim approved! Throughout the project, they kept me informed and showed me exactly how much the insurance covered and handled all work within their proposed budget.

The installation crew was professional and efficient. They cleaned up meticulously and finished the entire roof in a day. I feel happy every morning to see my new roof. Home Castle saved me a whole lot of hassle. Actually, all I had to do was let them check weather history of my place, inspect the roof with me and watch the progress.

Homecastle came to inspect our roof for possible damage and were kind and courteous from the start. They were responsive and flexible with timing. Extremely knowledgeable and transparent about anything that may actually be needed. They went above and beyond during my initial call to schedule as well as while they were actually here.
