I recently used Russ, and I’m super happy with the experience. He was very thorough and took the time to take pictures of everything and write detailed explanations about the issues. I also got the report back the same day the inspection was done. I felt like I really knew the condition of the property after the inspection. Can't recommend him enough. If I ever need another inspection done I know who to go to.

There is not one thing I can think of that I can say negative about Russell or his wife Lydia. They both were timely and polite. Better than what I had thought I would get from a inspection. They work together perfectly. They both showed me some issues that passed me by. Leaks and rotted wood underneath. Missing Picture Window!! Hot water being used in my toilet instead of cold. The tank of the toilet and pipes were HOT!. I am forever grateful for them both. Don't hesitate hiring these two they are definitely among if not thee best in the business!

Russ and Lydia were great! As a first time home buyers, my wife and I were unsure about the whole process. They were very thorough and very helpful with any questions we had during their inspection. They took time to explain what issues they were and let us know what were the most important things - which was all in their very detailed and organized report they send to you afterwards. I felt welcome to follow them or ask whatever I might think of or see. They also noted things that wouldn’t be safe for small children which was great as we have 2 young kids. We are a military family. We had little over 30 days notice to move and buy a home. The first time we saw our home was on closing day. Stress is an understatement. The day was turned on it’s side when structural issues were found in our new home. Russ was our saving grace. He swooped in right when we thought we’d call it quits and told us exactly what needed to happen. Not only that, after the repairs were made he FaceTimed us and the builders to see the repairs first hand just to make sure we felt safe and secure. That would’ve been enough but he then offered to call again the next day if we had any more concerns before we finally closed. He is honest, kind and firm with the repairs needed. Out of our entire team of realtors, lenders, builders etc...Russ was the one that made us feel the most taken care of. I would highly recommend him to any and everyone needing an inspector and definitely intend to do just that!
