I came across this gutter company on a reddit thread when searching for information about gutter repair. They showed up on time, gave me multiple options from most to least expensive and didn’t try to sell me or push me towards any one solution. Project completed fast and on time. Great company if you need work on your gutters.

Prompt response to my inquiry. Was able to get an estimate within a few hours. They had a cancellation and were able to get everything fixed in the same day! The workers were timely and professional. Overall very pleased that they were able to replace my broken gutter before it caused more damage to my house.

Highly recommend the team at Holy City Gutterworks! Chip, our Sales Rep, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful choosing the most functional design, in addition to the best style and color for our gutter project. Aiden, Denis and Zee did an amazing job installing the gutter/downspout system. We opted to do black gutters and downspouts, and chose half round gutters for the front of our dual front porch home in Point Hope. It looks fantastic.

I rarely write reviews, but I’m taking the time to write - I highly recommend this company. Very professional, and top quality work. They replaced my existing gutters and made sure the roof shingles were not damaged. They even consulted a roofer to confirm.

We used HC to replace our gutters a couple of years ago. Service then was exceptional. A downspout came loose & they quickly sent a repair crew. Malcom & Kevon provided exceptional service once again. We would definitely use them again!

Holy City Gutterworks is such a pleasure to work with. I originally had Holy City put gutters on my home in 2019. Recently, I had a roofing company replace my roof and damage my gutters in the process. Holy City was quick to send someone out to give me a quote for replacement and were very quick to get me on the schedule. They came out and did a great job.

Holy City Gutterworks was a pleasure to work with from my first phone call to final installation. The estimator gave me several options and explained everything very thoroughly. They were not the cheapest bid, but definitely worth the minor extra cost. The estimator and installation crew all showed up when they said they would. Excellent communication with me when they had to reschedule due to rain. The installation crew, Zee, Kevon, and Robert were fantastic. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and friendly, and did a great job installing and cleaning up. A rare example of a great contracting company. I would definitely hire them again and recommend Holy City Gutterworks to my friends.

A very positive gutter experience! Communication with all team members was good, they were timely and very pleasant, taking the time to explain things when I had questions during the job. Some rot was found which had to be repaired before they could finish the job; and they waited patiently until the work was complete. They shared pictures of all work done which I really liked. I'm a repeat customer of Holy City Gutterworks. They installed gutters on my prior home (raised, 2-story) as well as my current home (single story). The installers were meticulous, paying close attention to every detail. The entire staff - from sales to office to installers - demonstrated professionalism, timeliness and skilled workmanship. Highly recommend!

I needed some repair work on my house. Holy City was recommended to me by a lady at church. They explained what needed to be done and did a great job!!

Pros: professional salesperson, open to feedback/willing to work with customer to an extent
Cons: improperly installed product, home/yard not treated well (scraps left in yard, ladders placed on/against landscaping, open holes in fascia), communication delays

Installed gutters in early spring of '23 for a price above competitors. By fall of '23 I had grown tired of rain overflow and during a regular cleaning decided to check the leveling of my gutters. I found TWO SEPARATE SECTIONS of gutters on the front of my home to be severely out of level and water was pooling opposite the downspouts. I contacted HCG and they came out to "fix" the issue. I checked their work later that day and the level issue persisted, plus I was left with unsealed holes in my fascia. Again, I reached out and they came back, this time sealing the open holes that I complained about. They also told me that my home was pitched in a way that fights the direction the gutters need to travel- so why was this not addressed during install? I have waited 2.5 business days to hear back about fixing the issue with $450 of my money, but have yet to hear anything back. Hoping this review spurs action on their end.

Excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail. Not only did they listen to what I asked but made good suggestions on how to go about the project. Awesome follow though after the project as well.

I had a problem with one section of my gutter for 4 yrs. Chris identified the problem and the project was scheduled within 2 weeks. I no longer have a problem. The new section works beautifully. The crew was punctual and cleaned up the workspace. I am so pleased. I'm sorry I waited so long to have this done. I saw the ad on tv and called for an estimate. Worth every penny. I had called the company that installed the gutters when I built the house first and they couldn't fix the problem.
I will use Holy City Gutterworks again if my existing gutters give me a problem again. They offer a wonderful service.

I live in another state across the country and needed a reliable gutter installer for my house in Mt Pleasant that had renters in it. I was referred to Holy City Gutterworks. From the very beginning they were very easy to communicate with.

Throughout the entirety of the initial inspection, to quoting and to final installation they maintained constant communication so I knew exactly what was happening.

Update 3/19/25 I was contacted by Holy City Gutterworks for a no charge inspection of my installation of gutters, gutter filters, and downspouts they did in 2023. They ended up upgrading some sections of my gutter filters that receive heavy flow. The filter manufacturer had introduced a new high flow screen and it would help taking in more water. The technicians were great. Very conscientious and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Good quality professionalism that makes a business successful, and encourages a homeowner to call upon them again when there is a need for a gutter related repair.

I just had my second project completed by Holy City Gutterworks and am extremely happy with the results. They were responsive, professional, and expertly completed the installation of new downspouts. This is my go-to team for gutters and equipment!

The 2 stars is solely based on the fact that Holy City is not refunding our full deposit after they could not complete the installation (so we never got any gutters installed). They charged us fees for: $6 for the cost of a hard deposit check, $24 for an administrative fee to cut the refund check, $58 for fuel to drive to our house, $12 admin fee to manage our project in their system, etc etc. The total they withheld was ~ 35% of our deposit and agreed on Dec 11th to send us the remainder...which they stated they would cut the check on January 2nd.

We hired Holy City to install new gutters on our 5 year old home. They come and do a full walk-through / detailed review of the home during the quoting process. We then paid our deposit down payment. Unfortunately when they came to install they asked for an investigation to our roof straps and asked to have this reviewed by a roofer.

We did and the roofer stated there were no issues and they didn't understand why we were being asked to modify this.

After sharing this feedback with Holy City I stated I would have to find another roofer to get a 2nd opinion. I asked for a refund of our deposit while we investigated this. This is when the long back and forth started with Holy City initially not wanting to refund any of our deposit.

We would have preferred to get the job done with Holy City as originally contracted but unfortunately it didn't work out for either of us.

The contract we signed / paid with our deposit did not state "There are no refunds on the deposit."

So best to do your due diligence or confirm this in your own contract before paying your down payment.

What a wonderful experience to work with such a professional organization. From the initial home visit/estimate through the completion of the work, Holy City Gutterworks was a pleasure to work with. Sean met me at the house to assess the work and provide me with an estimate. Spencer provided excellent communication and scheduling and the job was done exactly when they said it would be done. The quality of the work is superb and the price was very reasonable. What a GREAT company.

My gutter was damaged during a storm and I needed replacement. This was a stressful time in my life due to a new baby on the way within a few days. I called holy city gutters and worked with Steven Nelson. He was incredible. He was very professional, quickly responded, and did an excellent job. He has extensive knowledge and gave us a fair price. He even noticed some extra issues and gave us the option to have them fixed without making us feel like we were being upsold. I would highly recommend calling Holy City and asking for Steven Nelson.

As a retired business coach, I'm a firm believer in identifying what I call the three "secret sauces" that makes an organization standout. Here's what came to mind for HCG...

The team at HCG was EASY to work with... I had another firm who said three months, HCG came in three weeks... HCG has great systems for communications, work orders, etc. which are highly EFFICIENT (you know exactly what's going on with your gutter install and when).. and though you're going to invest more money with HCG than lots of other guys out there, when you listen to HCG explain the difference in their materials and installation methods, it's obvious that we're talking QUALITY products.

From Sean the sales guy to David the lead installer to Steve the customer service manager, everyone was professional and actually really cared that my wife was happy with the work done for our new gutter system. She is. Go check HCG out!

Top shelf experience from start to finish. I dealt with at least three different employees in this company and all were kind and professional and responsive. My gutters look amazing and I did not have to follow up with anyone to get the job done well. I even received a follow-up phone call the day after my gutters were installed to be sure I enjoyed my experience. And yes I did, very much!

I would use this company again. Owner is great to deal with. Told me if I ever had an issue with the gutters, they would be out to fix it. He was a man of his word and came back a year later to fix a very minor issue I was having free of charge. Highly recommend.
