Very pleased with the new roof and the customer service provided by Matt, my sales rep. He was always responsive to my calls and questions. The cleanup was excellent. I would definitely recommend Hogan!

I got this company as a referral from a family member and I could not be happier. Matt guided me through the unfamiliar process and got me scheduled as soon as possible. The crew showed up yesterday, promptly at 7. They completed work efficiently and cleaned everything around the house thoroughly. Very impressed. Would refer to anyone.

Don’t bother even contacting them! They’ll say they’ll get back to you with a quote or check with someone about availability and have someone call or come out and will never return the call or follow back up! Called 4 different days and left and voicemail and couldn’t even get a call back and I was a former client who they’ve serviced my families roof and did repairs in the past year and I can’t even get a call back!!! Terrible customer service. Unbelievable.

Well, here is my false review of Hogan Exteriors like Kent Heitzinger (Owner of his own Law practice as well) wanted me to do so his ratings go up. Doing the opposite. Kent is a sneaky Unprofessional Manager…also reported him to the BBB. .. Beware of this Company if the Manager asks people to do such a thing.

Things seemed to go well during our 9 building roof replacement. However, we now have issues caused by improper installation, non-code compliant practices. Hogan's response is if it was missed during the inspection process, too bad, we win. They won't even talk about it or try to work out some sort of solution. Seems now there is a reason they were the low bid. Would give them zero stars if that was a choice.

We had a roof put on around 10-11 years ago. I thought roofs were supposed to be guaranteed for a long time. We have called 2-3 times in the last couple of weeks and left messages with a live person only to be told that someone will contact us. We ant to give the benefit of the doubt, but NO ONE has contacted us back. So unprofessional!!

We hired Hogan Roofing to replace the whole house roof in the summer of 2004. Right after the replacement of the roof we painted inside the whole house including the ceiling. In less than 6 months, during the spring of 2005 we noticed the water stain on our ceiling. We notified Hogan roofing. Hogan sent the workers who did our roof replacement. They sealed a few spots and left. However every year we noticed the water stains have been getting bigger and bigger. Every year Hogan roofing came to our house and tried to fix them but it failed to stop the leaking. The issue still exists today after 10 years!!
