We had two gentlemen, Tim and Erick, come out to work on a variety of jobs like remodeling our backdoor, connecting a new sump pump, fixing a leak in the shower behind the wall, hanging some downspout, and patching walls. Seems random, right? Well, they embraced every job with a smile, professionalism, and were extremely knowledgeable. If you have a "to-do" list you need help completing, then I highly recommend that you give them a call!

I am beyond pleased with Ace Handyman Services and have been letting people know. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, cost was very reasonable, and the work was professionally done by Jason. I will definitely use them again.

Good worker. Did a great job repairing my vinyl flooring and matching it with existing floor. Also was personable and friendly even though he had to cover for someone else late on a Friday afternoon.

Tim and Erick from Ace Handyman Services were professional and offered expert solutions for the projects we asked to be completed in our kitchen. They also fixed a few issues with our gutters during the service visit. The entire process from obtaining an estimate to the day of service was smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend them for home maintenance services!

Jeff Stafford of Ace Handyman services Greenwood Ind arrived on time and immediately reviewed the five items I needed him to repair or install for me. He went right to work and knocked them out within the two hour time. He asks questions to make sure he knows what you want. Knowledgeable and honest and I will have him back again.

We had a wonderful experience with Ace handyman services. Particularly Tim Frye And Richard were easy to work with. Tim did a great job fixing all that we needed to have done. We will be using them again in the near future highly recommend.

Tim F. knew the details about how to fix our two projects, adjusting a bifold closet door and installing new weather stripping on an exterior door. He clearly explained what he was doing and had a pleasant and polite manner. We would definitely use him again if we have any needed repair work in the future.

UPDATING ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I wrote our original review right after the project was done except for some finishing work. Unfortunately, we've had issues arise and are waiting to have them resolved. Brian (owner) has had to get involved so I feel confident that he will make sure the project, when totally finished, will be to our satisfaction. It's just taking a while to get to that point.

I've changed them to a 4 star rating because 3 seemed too harsh. However, a major issue has surfaced and we're waiting to hear from them.

Seth & Andrew did a great job tearing out our existing tiled shower, replacing it with the Onyx system. They worked hard over the 3 days doing this remodel, during 100+degree temps (it was cooler in our house, of course)! The one thing I wish we'd known ahead of time was how dusty everything in our bathroom would get. They did a great job cleaning up on the last day, but absolutely everything inside the vanity had to be taken out, piece by piece, and wiped down. Had I known ahead of time, I would have emptied the vanity completely! The guys were more than competent, friendly, polite, hard working, on time (which is a big deal for me), and we would certainly ask them back to do another job for us should we have one that requires their level of skill and expertise.

Couldn’t be happier with the services provided today. Tony went above and beyond as did the repairman that was with him. Efficient, knowledgable and friendly and they even cleaned up to leave things better than when they arrived! Highly recommend!

The gentlemen were on time and finished early. Professional and hard working team. Explained the work when completed and made sure I was happy with job. I would 150% hire them again.

Jason was here and he was on time, very nice and professional and he removed the chicken wire fence and a couple other things and did a great job. Reasonably priced.

I’m totally pleased with services provided by Ace Handyman from start to finish. I needed a door lock repaired. I appreciated that the appointment was scheduled for an exact time (NOT a 4-hour window) and that their representative, Andrew, arrived right at the appointed time. Andrew was very customer oriented and explained actions necessary before and after the repair in a very understandable manner. Best of all, Andrew had the skills to do the job and the lock was successful repaired. It now works! I was also grateful that the price was very affordable and SIGNIFICANTLY lower than an estimate provided by a locksmith.

Tony was there on time and promptly went about the project , always explaining any little Detail that might be an exception butt every thing was done and working properly when Finished, he was down to earth personality wise and talking about other things besides the work at Hand , and would Highly recommend him and Ace Handyman Services with out a doubt..

Seth took out the old mailbox, put in the new one, and cleaned up the area around the mailbox. It looks great! He finished in the quoted time for the quoted amount.

Andrew was very knowledgable and nice to work with BUT I scheduled 4 hours with paying $500 for four hours of work. I knew I would have to go get parts and I would have time to do that in the four hour time span. Unfortunately the company sent me two guys and only gave me two hours for the $540. So I basically paid $540 to have the kitchen line fixed the dishwasher hooked up and a swingset taken down. The biggest job I wanted was for the dishwasher to be placed in the cabinet with the counter mounted . But due to lack of timing for me able to get the pieces and parts this did not work out at all, as I said Andrew was great but the company’s deception Of time allotted very unsatisfying. So be very clear with whoever schedules your time with this company so you know Exactly what you’re getting timewise.

Andrew did a great job. He was on time and kept me inform on each step of the project. He clean up after each step also. Put all trash and left over material in the correct place.

Will definitely use this service again, and recommend them to my family and friends. Handyman Andrew was friendly, efficient, honest, and knowledgeable.

Had a Craftsman, come to hang up a TV on a Stone fireplace, and he said he could not exactly find the studs. We showed him pictures of the fireplace. With the studs before the Stone was set, the project was never done. And I was still charged $70 for a service call, not very happy about The services that were not rendered. He was polite and professional but I will not use them again.

I was very pleased with Seth from Ace Handyman Services. He arrived on time! I asked Seth if he could give me his opinion and suggestions about future work and he did so willingly; it was very helpful to hear his comments and suggestions. Seth went right to work installing new outdoor light fixtures. He even swept my porch after installing that light and I'm sure 99.9% of what he cleaned wasn't "his" mess - ha! This is my fourth time using this company and Jason in particular. This time he put picture frame molding on my 20 foot high stairwell walls. Jason was very quick and finished everything exactly the way I wanted. He is great to talk to and very knowledgeable! The job was perfect. A recent storm blew our storm door open, and it destroyed a carriage lamp in front of our house. I had to purchase two new ones, and I wasn’t comfortable installing them myself, so I ask Ace to do it for me. Seth from Ace arrived on time this morning and performed the work admirably. One of the boxes was damaged be rust and the elements, so it had replaced, but Seth handled the entire project in less than an hour. Because of the two hour minimum, I had some caulking and mulching work to be done as back up, and he finished both of those jobs as well. I was very satisfied with his work, and found it to be well worth the price. I will certainly hire Ace for my next project.

I've always found that Ace has super helpful staff and the handy man service run by the Harmon family is no different. Great business concept and super people to do business with.
