I had an inspection today on my roof and attic.. The Sales Rep, Anas Kahn, was so detailed and very knowledgeable of my problem. He took the time to explain everything after he inspected meticulously. So courteous and professional. So happy I called Cornett Roofing.

Joe, Chan, Steve, Amanda, and the crew were awesome. They took time to understand what we needed, explained everything, fixed issues that they found along the way, and did a great job.

Most importantly the communication was excellent. Consistent, clear, and timely communication along the whole way from inspection, the deal, planning, installation, and cleanup was better than any business I have worked with.

I am so thankful for this company and their expertise in regards to our 115 year old terra cotta clay roof. We were at our wits end trying to find someone to repair and save our roof. We had called anyone and everyone without success. We were not in their service area. I found Cornett’s on the internet and called. We were not in their service area either but I pleaded my case and they sent a representative to take a look. After the initial visit we prayed they would help us. We were so grateful that they agreed to take on our repairs.
We will never be able to thank them enough for their expertise in saving our roof. No leaks, first time in 5 years. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Cornett's did an amazing job on my roof. Anas, the sales associate, was very helpful with answering a million of my questions and in deciding what colors would look best with my house. Anas, Allison in the office, and my project manager Steve were prompt and responsive each time. Even though we have had a freezing winter, I have a fantastic looking roof. While we encountered many issues with the installation of our windows - it took over a year - Cornett Roofing not only stood by their original bid but provided us with an incredible installation team and customer service.

Our copper roof looks great and the team that put it in are truly gifted craftsman. The roof was over a bay window with many different angles and lengths coming together and it turned out great and without issue. It was installed and looks better than the original roof!

Not only was the team installing the roof professionals but so were the administrative staff. They kept us informed regarding scheduling and responded to every one of our questions. In addition, they took our many delays in stride and never responded with anything but concern for our situation with the window installers.

Cornett did a fantastic job on our project from start to finish. Great price and professional group of people. Anas was amazing with all sales communication and options to select from during the selection process. The entire crew is super friendly and extremely helpful at answering all questions. We don't have a single complaint about any portion of the roofing process. Ramon and his team showed up for construction and did a fantastic job, working nonstop into the late afternoon each day to get our project completed. The final product was even better than the service and we didn’t think it’d be possible! Will definitely use Cornett again in all roofing projects from here on out.

We had Cornett apply fascia to our (3) gables. Previously they had put on a metal roof. It was more difficult to put the fascia on after the roof but they did a great job. We are very pleased.

This was the second time Cornett roofing has helped us. This time a limb fell on the roof causing tile damage. Contacting Cornett was very easy and they remembered taking care of us in 2016 ( a very well done tile roof restoration.) The next day their representative examined the damage and had an estimate within hours. Included in the estimate were some tile repairs in other areas of the roof as well as a power washing of the garage portion of the roof. Everything has now been repaired and washed and looks great. The two man crew was very efficient, thorough, and polite. The price paid was exactly as the estimate stated. Once again I was very pleased with the work Cornett performed. I highly recommend them.

I waited to post this review for a bit, but we have had several all day rains and some snow recently so it seems like time. I had a repair done to my roof. It had a bad ventilation strategy that was somehow showing up on my ceiling after a little rain. After removing the old vents, filling in the holes, patching in the shingles, cutting in for a new ridge vent down the enter length of my home. I am happy to report a very dry ceiling. Cant even tell where the patches are!!! Good job Cornett team!!

Had hail damage that required a new roof. They were soooooo wonderful. I had no idea what I was doing and they guided me through the entire process. The office staff, the salesman, the crew, every single person was so delightful. Highly recommend!!!

Recently used them to replace the broken tiles on our dormer that were damaged by a falling tree limb during a 2023 Summer storm.
In the past we have used them to reroof our 100 year-old home and have been very happy with the quality and speed of their work. We have also used them to repair our copper gutters and a few years ago we had them make a small repair to our garage roof that has asphalt shingles. They do quality work, their workmen are efficient, and they clean up their debris in our yard before they leave the job site. Our the years we have been very pleased with the value received from this company. Can highly recommend.

Cornett is the real deal. They did everything I needed for my Antique slate roof, including a complicated repair of the decorative metalwork.

They came out and inspected my roof and I was told I need 13k in repairs. They came out a 2nd time to meet with the insurance company and told the insurance company I didn't need one after I submitted the estimate to the insurance that they provided. I've tried to call to get this issue resolved and the person that came out will not return phone calls.

Cornett went above and beyond our expectations when repairing our tile roof. Even so much as making a second trip from Indianapolis to Cincinnati with extra tile to finish the job the next day. Thank you!

We had a complete new custom metal roof system along with a 14 KW solar system installed. The design and selection process was great. The installation was nearly seamless, there was an issue with our local inspector that was finally hammered out, but I would not say it was Cornett's problem. They went above and beyond to help settle that issue. I highly recommend Cornett for anyone looking for a metal roof and/or solar system!

We had Cornett Roofing install a shake metal shingle roof on our cabin 3 years ago. Every one who sees it remarks on the quality and workmanship. Mr. Cornett actually gave me a factory tour and showed me how the shake metal shingles were made. Cornett Roofing has taken care of the Spanish tile roof on our almost 100 year old house and detached garage in Louisville, KY for the the 23 years that we have lived in the house. -- Over time removing, replacing and or repairing as necessary various sections of the roof. Cornett just completed an inspection of the roof in connection with the sale of our home. In addition to repairing or replacing a couple of tiles during the course of its inspection, Renaldo, one of Cornett's workers, replaced a chimney cap on one of our two chimneys that had recently blown off in the wind. I have always found Amanda, Ruben and Kieth and the rest of the Cornett team to be very professional, capable and responsive on each project undertaken for us over the years, and I would recommend them highly to any homeowner seeking professional roofing related services.

This company did a beautiful job encapsulating our asbestos roof with metal roofing. The sales consultant helped us select a roof that wouldn't detract from the 1930's original architecture - the dark grey matte metal looks like traditional shingles. Work started the week after we signed a contract. The workman are excellent craftsman and put in long hours to get the job done. The team was professional and clearly dedicated to achieving an excellent result. The team of two started and finished in the same week with some downtime because of rain. We received regular communication from the home office from the day we signed an agreement and were advised of every step of action so we knew exactly what to expect and when. While metal roofing isn't inexpensive, the encapsulation saved us tens of thousands, so it was well worth the cost. I would recommend Cornett Roofing to anyone in the market for roof repair or replacement.

It has been over 2 1/2 years since we had our roof installed, and I no longer lie in bed worrying about shingles blowing off during strong storms, which happened multiple times with our original asphalt shingle roof. I spent several windy, cold days, frustrated, repairing our original roof which was less than 10 years old when it started loosing shingles. This roof installed by Cornett Roofing is built to last my lifetime!

We have a Cape Cod style home, and from the day it was built in 1999, and due to ductwork restrictions, we had trouble heating and cooling the second floor - about 8-10 degrees hotter upstairs during 90 degree days, and 5-8 degrees cooler during cold winter nights. Since we had Cornett Roofing install our steel shake shingle roof, it is now only a few degrees of difference- hardly noticeable at all. What a pleasant benefit we weren't expecting.

I am a do-it-yourselfer, and I rarely use contractors - I even do my own HVAC. It is hard for me to reach out to contractors, as I worry about getting the right one. From first contact, I was at ease with their true professionalism and their respect for my property. The installation crew carried on that professionalism and respect, and by the first afternoon, I felt like I had worked with them for years. I was actually disappointed to see them leave at the end of the job.

Contracted Cornett to replace several loose/missing slate tiles on my roof. They were the only contractor out of three to return my call and give me an estimate. The repair happened in the timeframe as promised. The crew that performed the repair was professional and diligent in their work. They weren’t in and out in a flash but took the time to look at all peaks and make the necessary repairs. There was constant communication from the office with regard to paperwork, permits and scheduling. Not sure if they are the “cheapest” option in town but I am very pleased with my experience with cornett. Very Professional.

Great company! Excellent products and workmanship! Highly recommend! We had damage from the April storms and they came out right away. Ethan was great at explaining all of their products and pricing. Chelsea quickly contacted us to set up appointments, and Steve and his crew came and replaced the roof. Everyone was so helpful, respectful, and the roofing crew did an amazing job. We chose the traditional Asphalt shingle because our HOA requires it, but we would have loved to have gotten one of their metal roof options.

Our new roof looks great, and the time frame from start to finish was much shorter than I anticipated. Even with some rain delays they had the whole roof installed within 2 weeks of signing. The metal patio roof replacement was also top notch. It's the first time in 3 years that we can sit out on the patio in the rain and not get wet! We also had gutters installed, and even though we had some communication issues with the gutter company, and several no-shows, it was in no way Cornett's fault, and does not reflect my review of them at all. I highly recommend Cornett because they are a locally owned company with great customer service and workmanship you can trust. They might not be the cheapest or lowest bidder, but do you really want that for your roof?

Happily Ecstatic is an understatement! The final product (raised seam metal roof) was more than we expected! The little details added so much more - things others don't do, like drip edges and all the trim work as well as the very durable installation materials. The value this adds to our house is way more than the cost of the installed product. The guys were professional work horses and did a FANTASTIC job! I highly recommend Cornett Roofing and their products over anyone else out there. You get what you pay for and we got way more than we paid for! VERY HAPPY!!!!

I can't say enough good things about these guys! What a fantastic crew and knowledgeable sales rep. Our house is a bit different than most, as it has a section that is almost flat. The staff there worked with us to make sure that what we were getting installed was indeed the appropriate material for the application. The crew kept the yard clean and the materials organized while doing the job. They finished on time and our house looks brand new! I highly recommend Cornett Roofing!!!

Our roof is beautiful! We went with the smooth shakes, and they are without a doubt the most beautiful product in our neighborhood. However, our experience with the company has been disappointing over and over and over again. From not doing what the salesman said they would do to trouble with leaking during the first big rain...and the trouble continues.

I had a porch roof installed and entered into a payment plan. They never sent me statements showing that my payments are being applied to my balance. The roof itself looks good but has bare wooden posts. When I asked them if they were going to paint the posts the guy said I could do it myself. For the amount I paid they could have done that much.

My review is limited to the installation of Solar Panels. I had a system installed, and it was expensive. However, as a believer in Solar it seemed the right thing to do and I looked for a return over time. Cornett reviewed my electrical use and the configuration of my house and roof and I fully relied upon them to design my system. It's been a complete waste of my time and $$. No follow up and no support to my concerns. The answer: blame it on a tree. A tree which was always there and which they certainly knew about! My many thousands of $$ invested has been completely worthless. My electric bills are exactly the same, and it's taken a year of complaints to get no answers and no help. FIrst I was told "wait until summer"...Summer has come and is going. Nothing. Now it's the tree. Disappointed is an understatement. I was told that this install was a "no brainer". Guess I was the one with no brain, because I was taken for a ride.

They put a new roof on the house and garage last year. I waited a year just to make sure all was in order.A good experience. And would recommend.

Excellent customer service! Outstanding product! I was considering adding solar to my new roof but wasn't sure if the economics were there. After discussing with Cornett they advised me the greater tax advantages by doing both together. I highly recommend Cornett Roofing for any roofing or solar installation!

The experience I had with Cornett Roofing was exceptional from start to finish! They keep you apprised of the timing of their work and let you know if the dates scheduled are postponed and why. They are very efficient when they come to work and answer any questions your have. They will let you 'design' extra color combos and make up a metal shingle so you can see if you like it. They also do custom shapes because they make the shingles in house and paint them individually. Awesome experience and very happy with the looks of my roof :) Plus they install solar panels.

Right from the first contact I liked this company. Polite professional and always available for any questions. Work crew were quick and cleaned up after every day during the installation of our steel roof. Roofs can be pricey and metal roofs even more. We researched many roofing products & several local roofing companies before deciding upon Cornett based upon the best look & best quality materials. We had new roofs installed on our house, pole barn, & mini-barn. The office & crew were very polite & the crew kept the jobsite tidy. There were some hiccups along the way & we feel that inter-departmental communication could use some improvement. That being said, once our concerns were relayed to the proper person, the issues were addressed & resolved in a very timely manner. A couple of issues also popped up soon after the job was completed & we were pleasantly surprised that those were also promptly resolved. We love the look of our new roofs & have had several compliments on our “new house”. Most importantly, we have had several rainstorms & there has been no sign of leaks & we won't have missing shingles in future windstorms. We highly recommend Cornett!

My new Hickory metal shake roof was put on in April and I am thrilled with it. It looks like chocolate frosting when the sun is shining on it which in turn makes my house look extremely better than before. A few weeks ago USA today said you can add about 70% of the cost straight to your house value, I bet mine will be better. It was done by an expert crew and handled by great people at all times. Roof looks great but had a problem with my tunnel sky light. First the installers pull it up and loose from my celling. When I pointed this out they fixed it Then when it rained the inside fixture filled with water. I called but nobody came out to look at it. When I went on the roof only one screw out of four required to hold the cap on was installed and it was too long and was not tighen down.The weather seal was gone also. I found screws to work and put silicone around the edge to fix it. Caution the metal roof acts like a slide and is very dangerous.

Be cautious! This company employees hazardous people and is willing to put children and others in danger. I observed one of these vehicles on Keystone Avenue on 05/30 driving recklessly and extremely fast. If they are willing to act in this manor in public places I would be leery to consider any professional services.

My house is 25 year old and I wanted to replace the roof with a steel roof. I live in Indiana. This is the third roof to be put on. We had to have roof replace in 1996 because of a hell storm. The 30 year asphalt shingles was not going to make it that long. I'm 59 years old and I did not want to think about replacing a few more roof in my lifetime.

I did my research on the web and look for company's that install metal roofing. Being that I live in a subdivision I did not want the barn look if I could keep from it. I seen Metal Pro and Cornett Roofing. Love the look of the shake metal ones. I gave them a call they sent me a package of information out to look at. Then Joe came out explain it to me and measure the home and gave me the cost. Even know it was three time the cost of having a asphalt shingles installed I want it to be my last roof in my lifetime.

I well say Cornett keep me inform on what was going on . It was schedule to be installed on May 12 but with the spring storms it had to wait till May 17. Amanda email and called me on the phone 3 times that week I never had to wonder what was going on. The install crew did a great job and answer any question I had at the time. Allen came out and inspected there work. They left the place clean up. I went to clean my gutters a few days after it was done because of the maple tree seeds was done falling and they was already clean. The crew had took a blower and clean them. Can't ask for anymore than that. I took photos of the roof and paper work to my insurance agent after all was done. He called me a few hours later after turning it in to the corporate headquarters that I get a $519 discount a year of my home owners. That is over 35% discount.

I see some negative reviews on here. If I have any problems I will update my review but right now Cornett has been a pleasure to work with.

We LOVE our new roof and have received many compliments! The installation was done in a timely manner ahead of schedule. The installers did an excellent job on the roof and of cleaning up afterwards. I had Cornett install a steel roof on my residence and am more than pleased with the results! The installers were very professional and the project started 2 weeks early and finished on time. The value of my home has been increased and I got both a $500.00 tax credit and a 5% reduction on my home owners insurance.

I had some roofing problems due to the severe winter and contacted Cornett Roofing Co which was suggested by a family member. I contacted them and someone came out right away to check out the problem. A few days later a roofer arrived and made the necessary repairs. Because their work is guaranteed, I know I can contact them if I have any more problems with the spring rains. Their workers leave the residence neat and tidy and even took pictures of the repairs since I wasn't going to get on the roof to see what was done. I am happy to recommend Cornett Roofing for your roofing needs.

Needed a roof in 2011, asphalt roofers were doubling prices due to hail storm in this area, Cornett stayed with his ballpark estimate to me from fall, 2010. Watched the install, roof is tied to rafters with screws and is thick metal, wind gusts this winter of 50+ mph had no effect, hail would have to be larger than anything I've ever seen in Ohio to even make a dent. Three years later, looks brand new. Only comment I have is no roof vents, I had to cut vents into soffits. Could manufacturer make a crown vent or ridge vents, need to let attic get air (heat not an issue, but humidity is problem). Anyway, very happy with roof and install service.

$35,000 job. They bid it for that amount, instead of checking to make sure that the rafters were plum, true, etc...they didn't and just put the decking on anyway. Then the metal roofing wouldn't install properly, due to the roof "smiling". Improperly installed roof, already rusting at the ends, waves and ripples from the metal being installed improperly and one of their workers fell through my ceiling (luckily he was wearing a harness, which caught him)...but they didn't fix the ceiling, and they didn't pay for the ceiling to be fixed either. They actually hired my property manager to fix the ceiling and then did not pay him. I would run to any other company before trusting this place. If you do happen to choose this place to do your roof, I wouldn't pay the last check until everything is PERFECT. At least I got lucky and the roof isn't leaking...yet. I've got photos of the entire job site being covered in debris and shards of metal...get in touch and I'll send copies of it all. I'm guessing since my review was negative, they probably won't follow through with the free starbucks gift card they offered me to write this review. Learn from my mistake and take your money else where!

We had a good experience--it was extremely hot the week our roof was installed, and the work started early some days (not a great thing but perfectly understandable); the area was cleaned up every day & the work crew was very pleasant to talk to.

The only thing that I didn't like was at the end. I was asked to check off a list and sign the form, noting that the work was all done and done correctly. I had no way of knowing this and one of the items was about the flashing around the chimney, which I couldn't even see.

I would still use the company again, but would seek clarification about the form. The roof looks great and performs as promised.

The personnel were very professional, the assessment and pricing were straightforward without attempts to sell things you did not need. The work was done efficiently and rapidly, and when a few minor problems arose after completion there was no difficulty getting them to return (actually twice), and they fixed the problem and there were no additional charges. All in all they were easy to deal with, industrious and honest. Have seldom seen workers work for lengthy time periods on a hot roof as these did. Would recommend them without reservations.

Previously we had a fiberglass roof on our patio that was leaking. After searching through reviews, I settled upon Cornett. The work was completed quickly, neatly, and as advertised at a reasonable price. No more leaks or worry. Excellent craftmanship and workers.

The roof was installed in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with the neatness of the crew. I think we only found 2 screws after the job was completed. We are are very thankful that we were able to have this roof installed in lieu of our original shingle roof given the very windy conditions that followed. The price of the product relative to its life and compared to having to replace at least twice with shingles made this choice very easy. The product really enhanced the appearance of our home. We first saw the product on the home next to ours and as we looked into the details we have made a definite upgrade..

Cornett roofing was extremely professional. We were given references of homes to look at their metal roofs. They took time to explain our options, and they even spoke with our insurance company to maximize our claim on prior storm damage. The job was completed with a lot of care, including customizing everything needed to seal our three dormers. The finished product looks great and has withheld every windstorm, snowstorm and tree debris. We feel our house is in good shape for many years to come.

Cornette roofing installed a new roof on my home in March of 2012. I love the roof and the work quality seems to be great. The weather worked against the crew as it became cold after they started. Thus they did not clean up as well as I would have expected...I am still finding roofing nails etc. I had asked for several minor extras which did not get accomplished. I had a solar pool heater on my garage roof and the salesman assured me that they would be able to come up with a method to install but it never happened. The crew was very knowledgeable. The difference in heat loss is very noticeable. The only thing that really bothers me is that nobody (sales?) explained the need for some kind of rails to keep the snow from falling in my walkway and over my doors. I would have had them installed at the same time.

Ours was not an easy project. We found our dream home -a 100 year old American Four Square with a red clay tile roof in the Historic district of Newport, KY. As we are in a designated historic district, there are certain guidelines that must be adhered to.

They installed a metal roof on my home. I gave over $45K for it. It leaked. I called to tell them it leaked. A service guy came out and confirmed it.

They never came and fixed the roof. Now I have called multiple times and still no response. The roof looks great but, doesn't do what a roof is suppose to do. STOP LEAKS.

customer servc is very poor--once they have your money, look for them to dodge repairs and some of those "permanent products" already show signs of rust, 3 leaks so far and company refuses to make right unless they can get paid again? At over 50K for the job--why would anyone pay again for work that was not done properly in the first place?
