Hilltop Painting

I was so happy with the results of hilltop's work and the painter, Carlos, was great. They treated me very good. I'm a 74 year old woman who gets a lot of prejudice because of my age and with hilltop that never took place.

Daniel and his team are true professionals, consistently delivering top-quality work. Carlos, in particular, demonstrates exceptional skill with both the sprayer and the brush—his expertise really stands out.

Hilltop was outstanding to work with - Daniel was incredibly responsive, they did our interior walls and kitchen cabinet painting project on time (actually it was done early) and on budget, the quality of the work was excellent, and the places where we had requests for little fixes were taken care of literally the next day. Their crews were there 7 am to 7 pm a lot of days, often even weekends. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Love the results. What a change! Was a great quality job and very reasonable price. Very good attention to detail.

Daniel was great to work with, prompt in his communication & patient with us when “we” (HOA of condos) took longer to decide than a standard homeowner. The platform they use for quotes removes access to it after 30 days so we had to ask for an extension to be able to review.
They were able to paint the building w/in a few weeks, main delay being a typical PNW early fall wind/rain storm.

We were using the same color of paint as previous. But there is no obvious signs of over spray or missed areas. There was a fair amount of rot repair we needed to add onto the bid & it was a reasonable fee.

There was some minor disruption to the flower beds around the property, nature of the business when using ladders. Nothing significant, a few shrub branches (small). I bet it will be all good by the spring. Again, nature of the work. I do not feel they were caress.

I would use them again on future projects.
I did not interact with the persons who were doing the labor in site, but I also did not receive negative feedback from other owners/tenants.

My experience was great! They worked quick and even added an extra door to painting when we had miscommunication on my end.

I can't say enough good things about Hilltop Painting! We discussed our project with a number of companies and received a crazy range of quotes, from $20k to $130k. We found out later that the least expensive option didn't include trim repair or the proper equipment to tackle our slope. Hilltop was a mid-range quote, but they repaired rotted trim, had the equipment and experience to manage our property, and they addressed all of our issues. Our estimator, Daniel, was always pleasant and quick to respond.

We are very happy with the quality of work and responsiveness we received from Hilltop painting the exterior of our home. Carlos and Maria did an amazing paint job and were very easy to work with. Everything was left clean and tidy when they finished.

Daniel’s crew did a great job painting our home. We have a large two story home that required a lot of high ladder work. The painters worked with great energy and effort and made our house look new again. The cost was fair with no extra charges.

A few qualities I found working with Hilltop was their flexibility, reliability and patience. I asked for a modification from the bid for the entire house to a bid for just the trim, gutters and soffits. Daniel was very responsive and I found the bids for both were reasonable, midrange of bids I got. From start to finish, they did what they said they would do, and it appears they did it well. As someone else said, Daniel helped with advice when he was asked for it. I’m very glad I went with Hilltop.

We had a few glitches in communication in the beginning. But Dan was on the job and worked them out. I am really happy with the work and care that painters Darlin n Danelle put into making my house look great. Three days n it was done to perfection.

We had the outside of our home painted by a very professional crew. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and finished the job. They also resolved problems well and cleaned up the property before they left. The house looks great!

I got 4 other quotes, and Hilltop's was the most reasonable and included the most features. They squeezed in my paint job earlier than expected and had all the work done in no time. Communication was excellent, and they were very patient and courteous. Highly recommend.

Hilltop Painting stained underneath my new deck pergola. I made the mistake of not making sure that my new pergola was made with pressure-treated wood and it began showing signs of black mold within three months of installation. Hilltop cleaned and stained it to match the house color. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Hilltop also re-caulked the entire exterior of my house where needed and repainted a large section of the south side. They did a fantastic job of color-matching. I will definitely be hiring Hilltop again for any future projects.
