I would've spent a considerable amount of money here, several projects worth, but the lady price shamed me without knowing me or hearing my price range and then said she was incapable of helping me. She seems unpleasant to say the least. Incompetent too. Will be taking my money and efforts elsewhere.

Woman's giving me dirty and weird looks before I even park she's staring at me, not even BLINKING, walking towards me so I keep having to drive further so as not to park directly on top of her. She scurrys back to the building to get behind the desk and when I step in she says something incoherent and inaudible in response to my hello how are you doing today. I'm like 'whatever' as she is still looking at me like I'm a train chasing her, wide eyed and no words I quickly bridge the silent gap with what I'm looking for, she bumbles around the point repeating what I just said which is not only unnecessary but the way she did it she really took her time. She then said that even though its Wednesday the boss isn't in and wouldn't be back til Monday, and that she doesn't know how to help me without the dimensions I need. I JUST TOLD HER the dimensions AND SHE JUST SAID THEM BACK TO ME. I understood that she didn't want to do her job or any job today as when I arrived she was just STANDING IN THE PARKING LOT. Idling, like not even looking at anything or seemingly enjoying a break. Similar to a sims character. As I was walking out I asked for a number I could call. She gestured to a card and went to grab one, I was quicker but she insisted on grabbing the card and handing it to me so I let my hand hover for a few seconds while she was trying to pick one up. I made a polite goodbye and walked to the car to call as it was still about 4:30, not late in the slightest. No answers on either part AND the mailbox was full. They obviously don't need my business or yours. Shame.
