Sean and his whole team are extremely professional and helpful. They used high quality materials and go above and beyond the industry standard when it comes to getting you a new roof. After the latest storm, he came and did a roof inspection within a couple of hours after the storm without us even having to ask him to. Our roof held up to the storm even though some of our neighbors that had new roofs with other contractors did not. Not one missing shingle in 80-90 mph winds! I cannot recommend HighPoint enough!

Sean, I want to let you know that I'm completely ecstatic! The team just left after replacing all our rain gutters and together with our brand new roof it all looks so beautiful. So aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Every little detail. I can see the genuine quality today in the light if the sun and Charles and I couldn't be happier ! The gutter crew even placed a screen over the gutters for us and everything matches beautifully! Now we have something durable and lasting and also beautiful! Thank you from the bottom of my heart !

Sean was amazing! I called one day and he was here the next day and fixed it all! I needed roof vents replaced and some caulking all around the house, also had some cracked mortars throughout the exterior of my home and he fixed it all. Greatest customer service, he explains everything to you and you truly feel taken care of. He also did more than I asked for and my husband and I were super impressed! Use this company, you won’t regret it!

HighPoint Exteriors did an excellent job from start to finish. They were the most responsive among several companies for my request for a quote. They worked with our insurance company to successfully make a claim so that we only had to pay the deductible to replace our damaged roof, and the work was great. They even did some extra work of redoing the flex lines of our bath vents up to the roof for no charge.

I almost wish I could get a new roof every year just for the pleasure of working with them.

Sean, the owner of HighPoint came to my house and fixed two leaks I had in my roof vents. He also found and fixed other vents that needed work that I did not know about.

After fixing the vents he showed me the before and after pictures and also a pic of a vertical wood piece that needed some attention. Sean is the first guy in 3 years since we have had the house to point out this issue.

Sean's attention to detail it top drawer, he believes in quality workmanship and it shows. He was very easy to work with, smart and very knowledgeable about many things - great guy.

I would not hesitate to call Sean next time I have a roof or other construction issue/project.

Highpoint exteriors was such a pleasant to do business with. Excellent customer service and Sean was very attentive to my needs. Calling them for everything.

I spoke with Aric to get my quote started. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had the house looked at and a quote for our gutters very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and we were given options on how we wanted things to look and add ons we could have installed. When they came out for installation, the guys were on time and finished the job ahead of their estimated time. They did a great job! Aric followed up to make sure we were happy with the product and service.

We also had Aric come check our roof and our neighbors roof after a hail storm. He was quick to respond, thorough, and honest. He could have told us lots of damage was done, but he didn’t. Another company had people going door to door trying to get business. They claimed there was definite damage and it would be unsafe for us to not have our roof replaced. They did their “inspection” from the sidewalk. Thankfully we already knew we had no problems thanks to Aric.

I worked with Miguel and High Point Exteriors to remodel a kitchen and two bathrooms in a unit of my duplex. Miguel was referred to me by a previously satisfied customer, my brother. I was very impressed with the quality and timeliness of my brother’s project, so I called to get an estimate on my project.

Miguel was outstanding. He guided me through the process and made suggestions that actually SAVED me money. I was very impressed. Miguel returned all calls/texts promptly. In my experience, that is rare for contractors. I felt that Miguel really had an interest in my satisfaction.

After the remodel was done, I made the mistake of going with a cheap handyman to replace some exterior doors. The cheap group damaged the trim, hung the back door poorly, and did not return phone calls. They reminded me why I value Miguel and High Point Exteriors so much. I have learned my lesson! I will always try to work with High Point Exteriors going forward.

My experience with HighPointe Exteriors Roofing & Contractors was a positive. My roof, patio, & fence were found to have suffered damage after a very extensive inspection of my property. Upon agreement, a date to begin the work, and the crew showed up on the date & time agreed, and the project manager was helpful throughout the process. The roofing material is very good to excellent and it is very attractive. I recommend this company that is located in McKinney, Texas.

Highpoint replaced our roof quickly (hail damage), using upgraded materials and techniques that add further protection from leaks and will actually save on future energy bills. AND they worked with my insurance company to ensure that I got everything entitled to me from my coverage. They were able to fix a stubborn leak and repair the interior damage and it looks great! Excellent working with Miguel Alaniz on our roofing project, which combined a standard roof with a challenging flat roof over our sunroom. The engineers at HighPoint found the right solution to each problem area of the roof, incl. building up around the chimney, adding a chimney cap which covers the entire brick structure, sealing the connections between our flat roof and the house roof, and working on our skylights to make them watertight again. Work was done cleanly, professionally. We had challenging weather with intermittent rain and freezing periods. HighPoint crew knew what to do and when to do it to ensure proper application of roofing materials. Strongly recommend.

We were visiting family in Dallas and were discussing some issues we were having with our roof with family. Mr. Alaniz was sitting behind our booth. As we got up to leave, Mr. Alaniz introduce himself and said he couldn’t help but hear of our dilemma. He excused himself for overhearing our conversation. He asked if we had a few moments to speak with him. We couldn’t help but to listen to this young man speak so kindly and gave us suggestions as to how we could go about and fix our roof. He took time from his family and spoke to us in such a manner that we wished he could come to San Antonio and help us.
