I recently had my roof replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team worked incredibly fast and efficiently, completing the entire project in record time. I was particularly impressed with how they handled the paperwork with my insurance company. They took care of everything, so I didn't have to worry about any of the details or stress over the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience seamless and hassle-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I would like to thank Gary Braden for his amazing job his team did with our home project. Gary and Dan worked with our insurance company to fix our damaged sofit. Gary gave us a very good price on our siding and gutters as well. Gary was by our side from start to finish and completed our project in record time. I wished we would have used them on our roofing as well. We had some high wind that blew off a strip. I text Gary with a picture and they had someone come out and fix it the same day, on a Sunday. Gary and his son Adam stopped by and power washed the parts that were not replaced free of charge. Thanks Gary for being such a wonderful person to work with and we will have them work on our next project.

Gary and team went above and beyond getting us new siding. We were just wanting to replace a couple pieces that flew off in a wind storm, but we ended up getting covered for our entire house. We decided to do the garage as well so it would match, even though it was not covered. Gary and team kept working and eventually got the garage covered as well. We now have a great-looking new house exterior that will last decades.

Despite the challenges with my home insurance, the roofing company went above and beyond in repairing my roof after the wind storm. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in the final result, which left me extremely satisfied with their work. However, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of disappointment when they declined my request to display their sign in my yard.

As I pondered over the reason behind their refusal, I couldn't help but wonder if the owner, who I believe is a Christian, may have been offended by my decision to not let him inside my house. The previous renters had left the place in a deplorable condition, and I simply didn't want to subject anyone to that mess. However, I never anticipated that my decision could have potentially caused offense or affected their willingness to allow their sign in my yard.

In an effort to rectify the situation, I decided to hire Molly Maid Service to thoroughly clean the house. Their professional team worked tirelessly to restore the cleanliness and orderliness of the property, leaving no corner untouched. Despite this, I still find myself puzzled as to why the roofing company denied me the opportunity to proudly display their sign in my yard.

In my opinion, it is a common and commendable practice for companies to leave their signs in customers' yards as a testament to their good work. It not only serves as a form of advertisement for the company but also instills a sense of pride and satisfaction in the customer. I sincerely hope that the roofing company will reconsider their decision in the future and allow their sign to grace my yard, as it would be a visible symbol of the excellent job they did in repairing my roof.

We have been very pleased with the service from Highmark. Our roof needed replacement and they answered my excessive questions and communicated well from first contact through completion of the work. Our roof required a full tear-off before installing the new materials. There was a little damage to the vinyl siding when removing the old roof and they openly and promptly took care of that. The installation crew worked very hard and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I have witnessed far worse. Their attitude through a long day and a half was always good and they worked with each other without arguing (another thing I have witnessed). Again, we really appreciated the communication and can honestly recommend giving this company an opportunity.

Should you decide to use this company you need to supervise the work being done, they came out to my home in 2020 to replace the roof and decking. They billed my insurance company for decking that they did not replace. When they completed their job, I had three rooms with water coming through the ceiling. My insurance company advised me that they needed to come out, tear the roofing back off and put the new decking down that was paid for, they never made it right then they turn around and file a mechanics lien on my property, there is decking left over in my driveway they tried to clean that was decking. They did not need the truth be known they did not replace all the bad decking, but yet they wanted paid. I told them you complete the job as promised, and I have no leaks. I have no problem paying them. I submitted the pictures to my insurance company to prove that I still had water coming in the ceiling of three rooms.
The flashing on the front part of the house has pulled away, and the nails are coming out. Water has gotten up in there and once again leaked into the house, and all three ceilings needed to be redone and new drywall put up, which was in excess of the amount they claim I owe. Word to the wise they seem friendly and helpful. Just don't turn your back.

They will do a bait and switch. They did replace a couple of sheets of decking, but they did not replace all the decking that was bad and claim they did. They were also supposed to repair the ceilings according to my insurance company the liability fell up on them. once again, they refused.

I never knew about the importance of having of a quality and roof up to code until recently. The people of high-mark roofing CO. Guided me step by step on a getting a roof replacement for home. As i was obvious to how bad the conditions were on my roof LH did a top notch inspection. Patiently, he explained why the roof was in bad shape, in addition amounts of damage on the roof the naked eye couldn’t see looking from the ground up. OF course the insurance company wasn’t cooperating at all. LH FOUGHT tooth and nail with the insurance company to get the exact amount needed to get the roof replacement. The patience, dedication the company and their employees have with customers who may be unaware of how to start a replacement process is what sold me. I recommend doing buisness with HIgh-Mark.

Highmark was a big help in the entire process. They helped me understand what was happening with the insurance as well as when work will begin. They were professional and always available when I needed them. The completed roof look good and seems to be well done.

A representative from Highmark Renovations was present when the insurance claims adjuster came to inspect my roof. It was nice having a representative there to answer questions the claims adjuster asked.
The crew showed up early and hustled to complete the job in a timely manner. The crew did an impressive job. As a dog owner, I was worried how the crew would act when my dog would constantly bark at them. They treated my dog with kindness. After the work was done, the crew did an excellent job cleaning up. Highmark did a full tear off of our existing roof, installed new ice dam barrier and attic venting. They also installed new exhaust vents, capped the chimney and removed an old satellite dish. On time, done in four hours and full clean up of the yard. Not one issue throughout the process. Great to work with, and now helping my mother with an issue at her house.

I was directed to this company by Angi's list for a siding repair. When the salesman came all he wanted me to do was to get my insurance on the phone so he could tell them to pay for my siding. He hadn't even looked at the damage which was on the 2nd story. When I told him I didn't know anything about the company OR their products he basically said they'd been in busy for 12 years but continued the push to call the insurance. He never offered to show me siding products. He just said he'd take pictures and send an estimate. He was here for less than 30 minutes. Why would I hire anyone without seeing their products? Sad.
