Exceptional experience with this business. John was quick to respond to our enquiry. It was not a large job, but we had a tight timeline. He came over the same day to provide a quote, and returned a few hours later to do the job. Very pleased to say the least. Quality of the work was excellent. Price was also very reasonable.

Warranty: is it there when you need it? Well with John K of HighLow Builders it sure was. His crew installed the new shingles last fall 2024, but last Tuesday evening (April 8 2025) I noticed the very strong wind gust were causing a few shingles to lift. I sent an email to John with pictures. He replied soon with a few short questions and said he will stop by the next day. By Wednesday I had fixed shingles. Today is Friday, we had another bout of strong gusty winds, but this time everything was firmly fixed. 5 year warranty, love it.

John was very flexible when I had to change dates suddenly. He and the guys arrived on time and did a great job overall. Site was spotless and the work ethic of the boys was awesome. I had these guys in to do my entire siding and am honestly pretty disappointed. They started ripping all my old siding off and started putting up the new siding without the replacing the 40+ yr old Vapor barrier. Looked back and didn’t see it in the quote so must have missed that but I kind of thought it was part of replacing super old siding. There was clearly holes and pieces missing in the Vapor barrier. On a different note because that part was part my fault for not looking super close to the quote. Next they were coming to the end of my project and came back to do the silicone and it was not done well at all. I’ll attach some pictures. Missing spots and areas left incomplete. Got looking closer and my siding pieces on the side of my garage that meet the roof, the angles don’t match up. Will also attach pictures. I contacted them over a week ago to come back and fix their mistakes and nothing from them. Hopefully they reach out and solve the issues but definitely not very happy now that I’ve had a closer look at things. Also the clean up was sub par. I’ve picked up lost of nails, old Vapor barrier pieces and wood.

John and his team did an excellent job. Communication was friendly and knowledgeable. No delays and the job was done in the time promised. Thank you.

Great experience with this company. Very prompt in giving me a competitive quote for new shingles. Considering the weather, work was done in a reasonable time frame. It was completed very quickly and the cleanup was amazing. Definitely will consider them for any future projects.
