The owner and staff are super helpful and professional. We are ordering all of our windows and doors from them, as we are working on a major renovation job. Some of their prices are better than competitors but one or two have been higher. However the few higher prices have also been on higher quality items. They have been awesome at communicating with us throughout the process.

There was some good and some bad. The product is well made and good. Customer service is mostly bad.
I bought a 12 ft wide sliding glass door which opened from the center. I was told it was a recent style. When the installers came they admitted they had never installed a door like that and seemed confused as to how it should be done.
The door was noticeably crooked with daylight showing at the top. After a call to the office, an attempt to adjust it was made. Since then I have called to have it adjusted again with no response. I'm not being unreasonable, the door doesn't fit and is noticeably off kilter. The two doors don't come together at the top.This has been 2 years and $4,000 ago now. I'm done. Will not recommend.

Very professional, and did great work. Took a little longer to receive our windows, at no fault of Highland Windows & Doors due to the current times. The double pane windows are fabulous and we hear very little outside noise. We have noticed that the air conditioner is running less. Thank you, Team Highland Window & Doors!!!
