Amazing service, quality of work, and value. We had a decent amount of trim replaced, whole home exterior painted, new shutters installed, light fixtures installed, and storm doors installed and everything was completed within the quoted time frame and within budget. Could not be happier. We received 2 other quotes that were much more and I do not believe we would have received better results paying the higher quotes.

Highland did an amazing job on our roof. We've used them in the past to paint our home as well, and were very please with the attention to detail they showed on that project. They exhibited the same care when replacing our roof, making sure to remove the old paper, check for damaged boards, and communicated everything they found via pictures so there was complete transparency during the project.

Diana and Jaime truly care about customer satisfaction and treat each project like they are working on a close friend's home. Highland Roofing is a class act from top to bottom.

I had a referral from a friend and after meeting the Jamie & Diana Chavez, I knew they were the right Company for me.I was so confident that I referred them to my neighbor. She came down of when they inspected my house and decided on the spot that she wanted them to inspect her roof as well. Customer service is there first priority. They scheduled and presented a complete review of my roof and felt their was sufficient hail damage to submit to my insurance company. I was informed on what to expect and that they would be here with the inspector from my insurance company. All papers were submitted directly to my insurance company and the rest is history.
My insurance company informed me of therir approval. I selected my shingles and scheduled the date for replacement. Diana was right there with all the paperwork. And the workers were outstanding as well. I could not ask for a nicer crew that were very attendative to protecting my home, gardens and lawn during a rather grueling work environment. The next day they repeated the process when they again showed the same respect and completed the roof of my neighbor.

The was done quickly and efficiently. They all worked hard, The owners were present and on top of each phase. Very satisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about them, from the initial contact to the completed project which involved pressure washing, caulking and painting our whole house exterior and screened in back porch. Jaime also replaced 3 old doors with new ones and stained the porch floor too. The communication was excellent, and their job performance was even better, doing things that other contractors didn't want to do.

Highland Roofing did some interior painting for me. I am very happy with work they did. The team was punctual, friendly, great with communication.

-Repaired Rotted Fascia- 3 sections
-Chimney Siding repairs, 3 sides, using James Hardie Plank Siding
-Installed new aluminum Flashing on left side of the house to
prevent squirrels entry
-Front trim repair filling and sanding birds and bees holes with BONDO
-Painted all new and repaired sections, matching the same color

They showed up at 8am as expected, got right to work and were finished by 4pm.

From when they came out for the estimate through when they finished the job, I was always kept informed of exactly what was being done, including detailed pictures.

We heard of Highland Roofing Group through one of our close friends and he highly recommended them. We had a leak in our roof and our gutters needed to be cleaned out. They booked us 1.5 weeks out.Their team was fast and and very professional. Jaime and Diana took their time in educating and explaining to my husband and I about roofing nad gutters. Very useful information. Their pricing was fair, not like other companies that they try to add " additional" costs. Highland Roofing performed an amazing exterior paint job on an old cedar siding house with multiple defects, but they made it look amazing by the time they were through. There were some minor repairs that needed to be patched on some fascia and soffit areas and they took care of it in just a few hours. Everything was cleaned up when they left and they were a professional skilled team who worked through one of the hottest weeks this year. Highly recommended for any exterior paint work.

We contracted with Highland Roofing Group to handle the exterior painting of our home along with cleaning and staining of our fence. Throughout the process the Highland team was extremely honest, fair, and communicative and ended up also being the most competitive we talked to from a pricing standpoint when compared to others that quoted the job.

We were originally given a start date that was about 4 weeks out from when we made the decision and they ended up contacting me and moving the start date up over 2 weeks from the original date!

The Highland team stayed in touch leading up to the project start, confirmed that accurate colors were ordered, and arrived on time to start. Their crew moved our furniture for us, covered everything that couldn't be moved, and even moved and put back our firewood pile that was next to the house.

We called them for gutter repair. All they did was reposition the gutter, fixed the problem, and there was no charge. In addition, we had them come back to repair a soffit. They charged much less than a previous quote, and did a great job. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the work done by Highland. They paid high attention to detail in the pressure washing, replacing rotted boards, painting and staining of our deck and replacing porch posts. We will be using them again in the future to paint our siding. They are very professional in that they visited our home to understand the scope of the work, and gave us a written estimate . They also showed up on time and completed the work. They even changed their work schedule and came to finish on a Saturday in order to finish before a week of rain came.

Jamie and his team at Highland Roofing were excellent! They replaced all of our fascia boards with PVC after our original ones were rotten. In addition they were flexible and responsive when we asked for our bay window to get stripped and replaced with PVC and Hardyplank (not in our first quote). They did the job, painted by hand and the house looks way better than before they got here. The team also cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess. First time using this company and we are very impressed! They replaced our roof (working with the insurance company), replaced the front steps, exterior painting, and stained the deck. Highland Roofing installed our new roof, gutters, gutter guards and did repair of soffit/fascia, repaired several windows and installed several new windows and a door. Highland did my entire house in hardie plank, and color matched the siding to my houses original color. They were prompt and very responsive to every question I had and addressed every concern that came up including a minor roof leak and termite damage. We even had some nail pops inside from when the siding was removed and they patched those as well. I'll use them going forward for my future interior/exterior needs. Diana and Jaime you guys are great, and Antonio and Mario went above and beyond!

Jamie and crew did a great job on my house. They inspected and cleaned mold stain on my roof and fixed a leak from an old satellite dish. They also replaced cement siding on my chimney that had de-laminated and replaced rotted trim around windows and garage. Then they painted the entire house all for a reasonable fee.
