Absolutely wonderful job! Highland was easy to work with and answered any questions I had. The gutters themselves were put up quickly and were done very neatly. Also they were well priced. Can't say enough positive things.
Not at all reliable. Say they only do quotes/estimates on one particular day a week but after I rearranged my schedule multiple times--this has gone on for months--they called a few days before saying they cannot come those days. This has happened multiple times and is not due to weather or anything reasonable. I cringe at the thought of expecting them to actually do work in a timely manner if they are this poor at bidding on jobs. Note my job involves a whole gutter replacement on a large house so not a small job by any means. And not in a remote or hard-to-reach location.
Professional job and great work! Easy process from the getting a bid - to scheduling the work - installing the gutters - and final payment once the work is done. Cindy is very communicative and easy to reach. Tanner does great work and follows through on the job he bid in the timeline he quoted.
I have used Highland Mountain Seamless Rain Gutters on 3 properties and will continue to use them in the future.
